Pickup team were professional and courteous. There service was appreciated. I was surprised that there were some upcharges. For instance, I was told that there was an additional $70 recycle fee. This was explained as necessary if furniture was not accepted, then it would need to be "recycled".

All 3 gentlemen were polite and efficient. They knew what they were doing and were in and out in a very short time. The "leader" of the 3 explained how the donation would be handled. I appreciated the call ahead to let me know the status of their arrival, and I felt informed throughout the process.

Charged an exorbitant amount of money over $250 just to pick up my dining room set. I will never use you again. I went through Goodwill and did not expect this charge from a partnered company out of the blue.
I was able to get an appointment right away and they communicated exactly when I should expect them. The whole process was quick and easy.

They gave the wrong description on receipt. I donated a 3 piece entertainment wall unit, they took a picture of it and then claimed I donated an a/c unit. Makes me think that Goodwill never got the unit I donated!
Evergreen Junk removal was the company that took it.
I'm concern that it went South instead.
My experience was to live through a happy day knowing that using the ReSupply app, I was able to provide a meaningful donation to charities with texts and emails to guide me through what could have been an onerous process. Working with the ReSupply crew was a pleasant and a rewarding endeavor that made me feel good about myself and, I’m very sure, all the individuals/staff involved in this action. Signing up online was easy but I wish it would have asked more specific question and disclosed costs and fees more. My initial quote to pick up a couch and loveseat was $156. When they came to pick it up they said it was stained and couldn’t be used, but they could still take it and dispose of it for $50 per piece. Upon seeing the bill, there was also a $10 fuel charge and a $15 booking fee. What originally was going to cost us $156 ended up over $325 with tip. And yes I tipped because the two gentlemen were nice and did the heavy lifting. Had the website said that stained furniture (even slightly) would not be taken, we would have looked at other options.
Robert and his son were so courteous and friendly. They handled my furniture donation with care and respect. I'm sure someone will appreciate the pristine furniture I donated and the proceeds will help Habitat for Humanity build a house for a needy family.

I love the whole concept of making it convenient and affordable to rehome furniture that still has plenty of usefulness with families who can enjoy them. Love that the charities don’t have to staff for this, and that existing moving companies can fill up booked dates with work for their employees. What a brilliant idea! The movers who came handled every piece gently and professionally. They seemed to appreciate the mission. I’m recommending to all of my downsizing friends.
