Excellent Customer service
Retail resource has excellent customer service. They are professional and their prices are very competitive. I like that I do not have to order a minimum bulk to place an order like some of their competition. Credit Card Fraud!!!
According to my credit card provider my account number was hacked by someone through your company after I made a purchase so my card had to be cancelled and re-issued. Very inconvenient. I should have known better.

I ordered sponge Hanger strips weighing less that 15 oz. Was not told what the shipping charge would be. Cost of my order was 17.38. To my horror the shipping charge was 18.78. I called and complained. I would never have ordered knowing the shipping was more than the item. I did advise I did not mind a reasonable charge. I was told on 7-10-17 the shipping charge would be refunded. To date this has not happened. I will NEVER order or recommend Retail Resource until this has been resolved.

I ordered a new pricing gun when my old one that I had purchased from another store supply company broke. The gun was horrible to load labels in and not well made for the price. I looked in the Retail Resource catalog and found two label makers that looked like what I wanted. I called the company and was pleased with the customer service. The pointed me to the premium gun that I had been looking for! They said the gun was out of stock but would be shipped within two weeks. Within a few days I received notice it had been shipped! When the gun arrived in a few days I was totally satisfied with their recommendation! It is a quality, easy to load gun! I cannot say enough good things about Retail Resource. They will be my one stop shop for future items for my business!
