Great service, easy to contact a representative for help and answers, but I the shipping charges are too high.

Fast, reliable, great service and the product was exactly as depicted.

The order process and product itself was fine; however, the shipping quoted to me was approximately $17 and ultimately I was billed $41 for shipping, which I never would have agreed to pay had it been estimated at $41 at the time of order. I don't understand how I can be charged 250% more for shipping without my agreeing to do so in advance.

My order was held up for 2 weeks because of a back order on 1 piece and I was not told. No one at Retail Resource checked on the order and when I called about not getting the delivery they got it shipped. It was not shipped on the expected delivery date. I had to call the 3 shippers to find it and then push them to deliver the next day. It was going to sit on the loading dock and ship 3 days later. No one at Retail Resource even checked on this shipment that was supposed to fix a mistake. No one cared about this shipment of fixtures for a new store set up. I finally got a hold of a sales rep and between myself and her pushing the delivery we got it the next day. I think when there is something wrong with a customer order and you are trying to fix it, you would pay attention to the details and make sure everything is going according to the information you gave the customer.
I will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered several baskets. They are great quality & shipping was very fast. Shipping cost was a little high though, but I would definetly recommend ordering from them.

We ordered 8" purple bows. Unfortunately they were not what we required (not sturdy enough for outdoors but color was good. When I called to find out how to return, the individual was so pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient, it was a pleasure. Everything she told me was spot on and I received her email with the pre-paid label while we were on the phone.

Would use them if the need arose for indoor bows.
