I'm usually reluctant to buy from online stores with which I'm not familiar. But Retail Resource is a member of Google Trust so I felt comfortable ordering from it. And what a great experience it was -- the selections were wonderful, the prices were good, the ordering was easy, the shipping was fast and the merchandise was even better than I'd hoped for. I'll be back!

I buy baskets for our local food bank. I purchased some of various colors and sizes. The baskets are beautiful and came fast and at a reasonable price! This is the best company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! The selection, prices, and shipping are absolutely fantastic!

We had to return our purchase and the customer service were very helpfully. They even offered to help me find the correct product.

Finally found just the with piece to use. Leave it to Retail Resources.

The display was a little beat up upon arrival and there were 2 little pieces missing, but we made do.

The two items purchased work well with what they were ordered for. Our Youth Program now has the tools to showcase their brochures, pamphlets, and other materials highlighting the program for others to read, learn, and review our program in detail.

Great customer service. Good product for decent prices.

I have ordered twice and both times I received the items pretty fast. My only complaint would be that some of the shelving was bent on arrival. It is thin metal so I just re-bent it back into shape but I wish they could find a better way to ship it so it would arrive in perfect condition. I did purchase the higher priced option, so i sort of expected it to be higher quality.

The product is sturdy and exactly what I was looking for. It displays our signage perfectly without being too large to carry. I can change out the poster whenever I wish at a minimal cost. The price of the product is well worth it.

I purchased 3 sign holders that said they were 8 1/2" x 11". Thinking these would hold regular card stock paper, I ordered them, but theopening is way too large for that size stock. Now I need to source custom signs to fit. Not exactly what I had in mind.

I didn't report the squashed box as this was a hat rack and metal. It needed some bending back in place, and it does hold the hats to our expectations. The box was being held together just by tape, which I guess was good enough. The wing nut to clamp down on the adjustable top portion was broken, but we don't need that anyway. I'm sure they would have replaced it, but the birthday was too close to send back and it was going to work for us fine as is. Please put solid Styrofoam to stabilize these things. Thanks. ***** Update- I've given them 5 stars. They emailed me to say a replacement was being sent and that the mailing center had been told about using better packing. I didn't ask for a replacement but that they responded so quickly and relayed my advice was really unexpected! I will definitely recommend and use them in the future. Thank you from one very impressed customer!
