I ordered for the first time & i mistakenly put the wrong state I my order form..I was immediately linked online and it was corrected..not to mention the speedy delivery. I will definitely order again. And will tell my friends about the super fantastic customer service i received.

Product appears to be what I need but assembly instructions leave a little to be desired.

I didn't find the information I needed in the product description, so I sent an email to Retail Resource with my question. Based on their answer, I purchased the product. It turns out that their response was wrong and the display I purchased doesn't fit our needs.

I have to look at the product with the end user to make sure this will work for them. I discussed other options with her and she did let me know about the no problems return policy. I ordered product on line, when the product arrived I realized I ordered the wrong item. I contacted Customer Service via email they were quick to respond, issued a pick up tag immediately. I sent a photo of the item I was looking for, they did not stock it BUT located it with another vendor and shipped it out to us. Happy Customer :)

I'm using these label holders over a steam table in a cafeteria service line setting. I have searched for ways to label our menu items such that does not distract the eye from the food, that the steam from the steam table does not effect & is durable enough to stand up to changing the label out 3 times a day. SO FAR SO GOOD! They clip onto the "sneeze guard" easily. They do not distract the eye from the label because they are clear (the same as the sneeze guard). All you notice is the actual food & the label. They are also cleanable, which is important to any food service.

Love the website. Easy to find items, and when I am unable to find what I'm looking for the online chat with a representative is fantastic! Super friendly and helpful.

On the one occasion I had to process an exchange/return, that went smoothly as well.

I was very happy with the quality of these torsos sturdy well-made. They were delivered and a quick timely manner also.

Shipping was like 50% the price of my product and I wasn't buying large items. I almost deleted my order but I needed the product, however it makes me not want to shop on this site again and instead find somewhere with better shipping rates.
