I ordered 6 chairs many weeks ago, i received 3 (half chairs) but retro furnish tell me the other 3 have been delivered, i have spoken to DPD and they have never received the parcel (only the information).
everytime i email or call retro furnish they tell me same thing, i am worried after spending over 500 euros i will never receive my remaining 3 parcels. retro furnish dont seem to help much and it appears they have lost my chairs but ive had no sing that they will re-send m missing items even though it is up to them to get my order to me. I will give it 1 week before i speak to my bank and legal advice as it has cost alot of money, please retro furnish sort this out so i can chnage my review and have my chairs ive paid for.!!!

my "online-acount" sais, they should ha---ve been delievered in mid august already. And I do not get any response to my emails. I guess that's part of their buisness concept.

Deliverytimes are fantacy: "on stock" means at least 2,5months. Money goes, but nothing comes! Customerservice doesn't anwer for your emails.

We ordered two chairs (125 euro) on the 9th of November 2014. We never ever received our chairs. By January 2015 we got news that our chairs would be deliverd soon, which never happened: the delivery service DPD lost them....Many, many emails later DPD finally refunded the loss of our chairs, but they did so to Retrofurnish (as their contract is with them, not with whoever places the order and pays for it). Retrofurnish (obviously) then is supposed to forward the reimbursement to our account (which I have given them) as we paid for our chairs but due to loss (by DPD) never received them. Now Retrofurnish received 125 euro in NOvember 2014 (when we placed our order) as well as about two months ago (when they received the reimbursement from DPD for the loss of OUR chairs).
I have emailed Retrofurnish OVER FIFTY TIMES and have yet to receive an answer!!!! DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY, if something goes wrong you WILL NOT RECEIVE A REIMBURSEMENT OR A NEW SET OF CHAIRS / FURNITURE!!! They steal from you!!
I have emailed them over and over again to give us our money back, as they already have received the reimbursement by DPD (which by the way is the worst delivery service possible, when I told them I never received my chairs they told me to 'look around in my neighbourhood as maybe someone there has received them...').
I cannot believe a company would rip of their customers like this but they do.... unbelievable!!!!

So today it is more than two months since my original order and seven weeks since the refund should have been issued and still nothing...
Still waiting since months....!
Waiting since March to get my delivery. When I ordered, webpage said the chair is on stock. But still no delivery. Customer service is very bad. Either they don't reply or not telling exactly when my shipment will arrive.
I only can recommend not to order! There are so many complaints on the Facebook webpage. All customers are annoyed and waiting since months!

1. They mention they have the items on stock but it's somewhere in Asia, so it's not relevant to European customers. It took them 12 weeks to deliver 5 chairs!
2. They barely answer to customer care email.
3. Delay, delay, delay...

Shades of whites
Nice products despite i lived two bad experiences: An order of a Eames Chair, announced 2 weeks delivery, got a three months delay. Second: I ordered a white Fortuny Lamp but the product is disappointing. It is made of two different whites that do NOT match together (a greenish one for its tripod and a classical for the textile part). Maybe it would be worth improving its production's quality?!
