Waited 23 weeks for my order. Many times no respons to e-mail. The phone gets answered, although the employees don't give their surnames, what worried me.
Finally the chair arrived in good order, and is of good quality. End good, all good.
Item damaged - no reply from customer desk
I received the good partially damaged. I wrote several mail to the customer desk, but I didn't receive any reply.
I won't buy anything more from them.
broken item, hyper-slow delivery
After four months, the item came in and it was broken. Retrofurnish does not answer any mails. DON'T BUY THERE!
Delivery time
First of all, we are very satisfied off the product and the quality! The only thing which we didn't like was the fact that we had to wait more than 4 months for delivery.

Great lamp
The lamp is in a very good quality and it looks real good. Iam very happy with by purchasing. The only thing is a shipment to germany was to slow, about 2 month.
Do not honour warrenty
I have purchased a lamp from them, and after a while the plastic cracks starting from where there is a small hole from manufacturing. This is clearly a manufacturing issue but they refuse to honor the warrenty that is described on their website and that is EU law.
In spite of late delivery I was very positive of them up until this point, and I was going to order another lamp and some chairs, but now I will never buy anything from them Again. They are clearly just a fraud operation pushing useless products at a high price

BIG FAT FRAUD COMPANY- STEALING MONEY- NO ITEMS DELIVERED
Not possible to get in contact with the customer service, neither via mail, chat or telefon... No tracking number provided with the bad excuse that you cannot get one if you ship on a PALLE, which the mentioned Shipping company actually outed as a big fat lie... I have lost more than 200 pounds, and have not received anything... Stay away from this company- as I don't seem to be the only one with an experience like that... Retrofurnish has twice confirmed a shipping and now they do not even respond on anything...

Good delivery and product, little info between order and delivery
Enthousiast about website and products and decided to order!
In general the delivery of furniture after order takes 10-12 weeks.
This was the same with this order but my expectation was to receive more info in between of actual fabrication and shipment.
Therefore I was anxious looking forward at the delivery.
Even after the notice that the product was registered for delivery it took a few extra days before it was actually delivered.
+ End good all good.
- Lacking was a short instruction for the final assembly.
Easy to purchase, impossible to receive
Buying on their site is quite easy, it's the delivery process that is awful...almost as bad their customer service. Received a call that the item would be delivered on a Friday, and then no one shows up. Retrofurnish couldn't have cared less. Tried to find out where my item was, no one knew. All Retrofurnish would do is give me a number for a call center where no one ever answered the phone. If you have time and money to waste, they're probably a good choice.
Not delivered
After three weeks they told me, after I send them an Email, that the package was lost somewhere. I ordered two things from their "On stock products" , paid for both and still waiting for delivery. Nearly one month now.
Iam waiting for 6 weeks now. Todady they sent an Email that says, my order was damaged, please wait another 10 Weeks. I try to refund now.
Quick, good price and exactly as we expected
We wanted to have the Isamu Noguchi Coffee Table for which was mentioned on the website 1 in stock. We contacted Retro Furnish by e-mail and we got a quick respondse from Marie. She told us she would send us the one in store within a week. And within 5 days we received the table in perfect condition. We've read some reviews about long delivery times and we guess that can happen with these kind of goods, but delivery from stock is perfect! Thanks a lot, we are very satisfied with our table.
