The only remark I have to make is that I needed to fasten literally every second screw because that was not done properly by the producer. For the rest - very decent product for a decent price!!

We bought several times already. Most of the time perfect delivery.

One's some screws were missing ( but found the same in a local hardware shop) an other time a part of a office chair was missing. After some following up a received the missing part.

It's a pity they only have little stock. The waiting period prevents me from buying more.

I love the actual products i ordered (Eames replica chairs), i'm extremely happy with how they look (and feel on my bum ;-) ) However, when i ordered them the website said they were in stock... I expected the wait would be a couple of weeks and it turned out to be ... 5 MONTHS! Not too happy about that.

I ordered 4 Eames DSR inspired chairs which would have been far beyond my budget with other providers. Although the announced delivery time is very long and the tracking system unreliable, I understand pricing comes with rational logistics, and the wait is worth the result. Communication with customer service was perfect after a mistake I made in my order.

These great design chairs are made of quality material and give a great "caché" to my apartment, and can definitely recommend Retro Furnish to those seeking for designer inspired furniture.

I have recently bought a side table and lamp from Retrofurnish. Both items were delivered super fast. The side table was delivered within a week, the lamp in only four days! The lamp and side table look great. I am really happy with my purchases and will definitely go back to Retrofurnish.

The color of the tables wasn't spread evenly, not badly but not 100% qualitative ok.
However Retrofurnish offered us a great reduction in price or a refund or exchange of the tables.

We accepted the reduction in price and are happy about the deal!

We found the chairs we wanted, ordered them online -- and they arrived a few weeks later. We are pleased with the service.

i have recently bought some chairs from you and am very happy with them. they are really beautiful and they were delivered in time, something which i consider to be very important and which cannot be said about many of your competitors (i have ordered a side table with infurn six months ago and am still waiting.. i will never buy from them again!).
the only problem i experienced is that some parts of the chairs were missing and i had quite a bit of trouble finding the right screws and bolts and plastic rings to assemble them. that was bad and annoying, but i have to say your customer service was really nice about it and promptly offered help.
so my only suggestion would be to check the parcels a bit better before sending them out to make sure everything is in there. apart from that, i am really happy with my purchase and will surely buy from you again.

I was a bit concerned ordering reproductions but now when I have received the goods I can only be happy! My white DSW ABS chairs are of great quality and surprisingly comfortable to sit on. I also ordered the Featherstone chair in blue with light wood legs and everyone that visits my home can't stop giving me compliments. I will definitely go back to Retrofurnish when my home requires a new update!
