Not so good
Needs better posting dates of payment. Definitely needs better customer service, app is almost useless can't make debit card payments unless by phone and that takes you right back to the bad customer service experience

Everyone is always so pleasant. I learned a lesson if you pay with your checking account you’re gonna wait 7 to 10 days before that money goes in if you pay with your debit card, you will be able to retrieve it right away. My only complaint was I wish somebody had told me that from the start.

if you want me to have paperless statements then you must make sure I actually get the statements. I don't like being told I'm late and getting dinged when I didn't get a statement. You interest rates are way too high for this type of service.
