I got ripped off

I got ripped off . DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered 2 laser pens put the battery in it and it only gives a blue light took 2 weeks to come. Paid 38 pound when i could get them for 5 pound. The sight maybe a con.

Wrong item sent

I ordered an UNDER ARMOR polo shirt! I was asked to give a review and hadn’t even received my order!
However my order has just arrived and they have sent a totally different polo shirt!
It is too late now to replace as it is a birthday present

Subject:Request for Refund for Missing Items from Order

Dear Shop Applications Customer Service

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request a refund for my recent order with Hallobeauty.

On January 24th, I ordered 6 bottles of Lida weight loss pills at the price of $30, taking advantage of a "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" promotion. Despite several attempts to get a response, I finally received an email from **ahtrabulsi@hotmailcom** confirming my order of 6 bottles, but this information was inaccurate as I only received 2 bottles.

After contacting USPS, I learned that the package they received was too small to have contained 6 bottles, and they confirmed that it was not missing.

To summarize my actions:
1. Contacted USPS, who verified the package size discrepancy.
2. Reached out to Hallobeauty multiple times but have not received any further assistance.

Given these circumstances, I kindly request a refund for the bottles I did not receive.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

0 STARS ⭐️ THE MOROCCAN DOOR SHOP. I placed my order #1017 at the value of AUD $1,500+ approximately on the 3/1/25. I only EVER purchase via PayPal; however it wasn’t available and I believed and trusted that SHOP was the next best thing. Despite their tracking system has NEVER been accurate in any way, which is extremely frustrating and an utter joke, waste of time! Aside from how embarrassingly useless the app is for this, I still went ahead with the purchase of a handcrafted Moroccan Door. I received an email confirmation via SHOP and store, and was told that orders take around 3 weeks (on their store info), and of course then there’s the shipping from Marrakesh plus customs etc. On the 13/1/25 I messaged the store via the App asking if the door had been shipped yet (at this point I hadn’t read the 3 weeks to “craft” the door, as I thought it was simply a case of selecting off the rack and shipping) They (or someone at SHOP possibly intercepting and hacking into the conversation to pacify me hmmmmm…as it was ‘translated’ into English extremely well) replied that it will be shipped within in 15 days. Then I reached out after this time had passed on the SHOP app and I did not hear anything back… for days/weeks. I am no longer on social media however I downloaded WhatsApp to call them and message. 20 or so calls later in their time and nothing. Emails independently outside of SHOP, nothing… message through Pinterest, nothing!!!! The store has a YouTube channel, showing their company in a glowing light making TV appearances. Finally on 7/2/25 I messaged again via SHOP and the MD shop responded with a message saying that the door was almost completed and ready for shipping and that once the crate for delivery has arrived they will hand over to shipping company and provide tracking. Now, let’s not forget that throughout this whole process I had been emailing SHOP and internally where strangely enough the customer support advisor “dropped out” or “ got disconnected” when I began to ask the hard questions. I was given a link to complete a form which funnily enough wouldn’t submit, but it was always something I was doing wrong. They told me I had to wait 30 days and that’s why it would not submit. Well, it was 6 weeks by now, and the form had no way of knowing how long it had been anyway as no date had to be entered?? Emails from them saying that they could not help and they directed me to my bank. Despite, the only reason that I provided my debit card details to them was because of their CLAIMS on their website of providing protection and knowledge of tracking. Doesn’t this go hand-in-hand with the responsibility and duty of care that they should provide if they hold our credit/debit card information??? I issued a dispute with my bank in Australia which can take up to 45 days for in depth investigations. Yesterday, I checked back in with the app to see if a miracle had occurred and I may have received a message or something.. anything and WOW; what a surprise the MD store has VANISHED!!! Gone, DISAPPEARED.
I immediately emailed SHOP AND contacted SHOPIFY/SHOP via the internal messaging which yes, he gaslit me and had me chasing my tail again and banging my head against the wall… again in frustration due to the fact that all that he said again was for me to reach out to the seller/store. Oh wait, this is the best part……….. you see; as I was talking to “ Jericho B” and sent the screenshots of my conversations via the app, amazingly all of my conversations that I had just screenshot to him…. POOF 🌬️VANISHED GONE!!! The CHAT HAD BEEN DISABLED… but not only disabled but ALL MESSAGES HAD BEEN DELETED Unbelievable, hmmmm coincidence I don’t think so!!! It’s a damn SCAM CONSPIRACY DAYLIGHT ROBBERY DISHONEST AND DISGRACEFUL!!!!! DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR… STAY AWAY!!

Awful, do not download the app. The moment I did, I've been receiving huge amount of SPAM.
I originally downloaded the app to track delivery of a parcel, but it didn't even do that.

Rest assured that anyone giving anything but a 1 star are part of the international SCAM!!!! They even go into detail of having a fake import/export website where you can track your order and use bots to add all the fake information. Eventually, after they have made you wait a long time, they will say it has passed customs and then been delivered. i knew from the start it was a scam and followed it with humour and intrigue. Shame PAYPAL didn't use the same investigation methods when they paid my money to these cretins.

I hope all involved discover karma in their shitttttty lives.

Sharp practice at Boots

While shopping in Boots today looks for anti pigment serum the item selected had a clearly stated shelf price of £30.00, no mention of ooit being a special price for Boots card holders or any other qualifation, however when presented at the cash desk I was told the price was £42.00 when challenged she double checked however price was still the same. She had no explanation other than it might a Boots card price, if this is the case then I believe that the full price should be indicated where item is displayed.I believe Boots are being sinical, and tantamount to sharp practice, I would have thought that Boots would think their reputation was worth more than that. I will think twice before using Boots again.
