Sainsburys - tired of receiving goods that are going to be out of date in two days. Also poor quality fruit. Also customer service - rude - cross examined and took over half an hour. At one point told they would only refund one of the inedible mangoes as i need to keep them to ripen. Even after two weeks the Avocadoes were still rubbery and the mangoes were grey inside. Then when I said I wanted to make a complaint the phone was put down!!!!!

Ordered goods on the 1st September now 25th October still nothing no emails replied to total scam never use stay well clear.

Sent fake Jordan’s I returned over 2 months ago and they won’t give my refund. Scammers!!!!! Scumbags

I've bought my last 2 vehicles through carshop Cardiff so I really trusted these guys.i popped in on Sunday 24th July to see a car which I really liked so went through the finance and was told that my credit score was average so monthly payments were much higher than anticipated which obviously left me very disappointed as I've always had a very good credit rating.a few phone calls later and was told they could not get me a better payment as per my credit score was average.
I then noticed a similar vehicle in another car sales and again had a credit check which came back as A1 which is a monthly saving of £65 compared to carshops payments and bear in mind both inquiries were to the same finance company..
Was I being ripped off by carshop ,I'll let you decide but since my experience I have been informed carshop did exactly this with someone else..YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED SO BE CAREFUL WHAT THEY TELL YOU!!!

As a huge Jordan’s collector I ordered a pair and they were 3 weeks delivery I a bashed up Nike box that is clearly fake as I have a over 100 pairs! They were the ful price like the original site but never had size! The laces are ot long enough the colour lines are al squint! monevelli was the company no return dress just left with a plastic nock off 😞

Customer service does not respond
I was promised 15 - 20 days delivery time. Now 30 days has passed and the estimated delivery time from THIS point is 28 days more. My purchase was a birthday gift to my daughter and the planned delivery for my daughters birthday was missed by a month from what I know at this point . Still no respons from their customer service. This is crap, please avoid to purchase anything from here, its unprofessional from start to end, not to be trusted

they are fraudsters for over 25 days I am waiting for the delivery and they do not write but I will consult the police

This review is regarding Pets at Home in Quinton Birmingham Hagley Road.

Next door is the Salvation Army Charity Depot and shop where we run on volunteers who give up their spare time for a good cause.

The Manager from Pets at Home parks her white Jaguar in the disabled parking bay or directly in front of the shop where our van needs access to unload furniture.

One full time volunteer who works full time is a disabled pensioner age 75 so I think you know where this is going.

The Manager was asked politely to move her car and her reply was eff off. The Manager of the SA came out and was told to eff off also.

The volunteer in question walked past Pets at Home to go to the neighbouring Co op and was followed by this manager and two members of her staff.

This poor volunteer was shoved and intimidated by these so much so that a police report was filed and is in process.

Do not shop there as it is run by a bully who likes to terrorize OAP's.
