My wife and I went to The Espresso Machine Company in Auckland to buy a machine
The sales man was nothing but rude and extremely unhelpful the lever machine we wanted there were 3 versions of it and none was on display we asked if they would take one out of the box they had on the shelf he replied NO because we don’t want to get any dust on it (unbelievable) it was like a BBC comedy we were ready to pay $3500 but the salesman completely lost the plot extremely rude so we left if they are not going to show you the goods then just sell on line and don’t have a shop please don’t use this company

This company is a scam. Ordered couple of tops from this site.The hood corner is actual shop , Trying to email company come back ,undelivered spam / virus is what come back .trying to contact shop can only talk to computer. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.robbing bast.rds

This company is a scam. Ordered 4 gas cans that were made into traveling bar. 1 came and it was the thinnest plastic wouldn’t hold up for 1 use. I tried to send back this one product they will not give me a return address says it’s too expensive to mail back would be more than $20. I spent $59.99 on each of these cans told them sending one back for $20 I would still be ahead by $40. They also say I can keep the can and they will give me 10% back told them know that I did not want the Cannes. We have had 6 to 7 emails each day and they tell me 10% one day the next day 15% to keep them. I just want a return address so I can at least get some of my money back. This is a terrible scam do not buy from them.

I PURCGASED TRAINERS FOR MY GRANDAUGHTER FROM HERE RECENTLY HAD A FEW QUERIES BEFORE WHICH TOOK DAYS TO GET A REPLY,TRAINERS ARRIVED AFTER A MONTH AND WERE TOO BIG FOR HER SO AFTER ATTEMPTING TO CONTACT THEM FOR DAYS RE RETURNING THE UNWORN TRAINERS I WAS INFORMED THAT DUE TO THEM BEING TRAINERS I COULD NOT RETURN THEM DUE TO THEM BING UNOFFICIAL VERSIONS IN OTHER WORDS EXPENSIVE FAKES.I HAVE THEREFORE LOST £150 ON THESE WHICH ARE USELESS TO ME,I FULLY INTEND TO REPORT THIS COMPANY TO TRADING STANDARDS IN THE UK

S T DuPont pen advertised on their website at £74.48. On attempting to purchase, was simply directed to Amazon where the price was around 50% higher. Buyers beware!

This website is a scam. It shows a product at one price and then redirects you at checkout to an Amazon listing of the same item at a much inflated price. THEY ARE BANKING ON YOU NOT BEING ALERT AND CHECKING OUT ANYWAY!

I ordered 3 blouzes on April '20 based on the pictures shown on the website and when I received them... 2months after...all 3 were completely different color and one of the 3 wasn't at all the bouze i had ordered!!! I spoke through e-mail with a' Peter Palmer' whο apologised for the delay and told me I would get a 10%refund for the delay as I wanted to cancel my order. They never did give any refund and when I received the order one of 3 blouzes was another code and the two other were different colour!!!! As you can imagine I will never buy anything from them again!!! They are completely unprofessional and take people for fools!!!

I ordered a dress with EXPRESS SHIPPING (7 days). It arrived MORE THAN A MONTH later and it was a completely different and poor quality dress, not the one I ordered and payed for. They refused to refund me. This site is a pure scam, run away!

I ordered a shirt based on the picture shown on the webiste, it came and was a completely different color. They refused to do anything and told me I was wrong and couldn't see. I will never buy anything from them again and advise anyone looking to RUN from this site.
