This site is not legit ! The sizes are not european like it says on the site and its a bad copy. One jacket you could find at pull&bear years ago with better quality and still cheaper.

I ordered boots on January 29, 2021 and am still waiting. I WOULDN'T order anything from Evincet.

DO NOT BUY! Big scam! Item ordered one month ago and still not arrived, apparently left the country 2 weeks after ordering and one month later just left?. Item useless to me now and refund is not accepted by them.

I ordered a jumper from Tchicdays and it was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted Hermes and they told me that they classified the item as lost and then Tchcdays should sort out a refund or a replacement. I raised this with tchicdays and they said that I need to go to Hermes and I go to them and then they said that I should go to tchicdays.
Very bad service. So far no item, no refund.

I recently worked with Sheri and she exceeded my expectations! Very courteous professional and knowledgeable about what we needed to accomplish. I would highly recommend.

Orders a dress for my maternity shoot , took about a month to come and when it came it wasn’t the right colour wanted red came purple and the quality is just horrible looks like a kid made it, waste of money

Wh smith. Order next day delivery 4 days later only just being dispatched everyrime i speak to someone at customer service i get told something different. Dont reply to e mails, only way to speak is through online chat no phine number to call, their head office is closed with no phone number to contact will not ise this shop ever again foe anything.

Don’t buy anything in mesolco.com.They didn’t deliver my order which I ordered in December and when I go to the site to check status it shows that it’s not available any more.Who knows how to raise this issue?

I ordered a pistol gun case in Dec 2020. Tracking never updated. Finally contacted them by email. Their reply was the item was delivered 5 Jan. The strange thing is tracking updated shortly after. Do not order from these frauds! I never received the order!

I ordered an outfit and it didn't match with the one that I ordered. It is a scam. They want me to post it back to give me refund. I am not going to as the post will cost money. Very cheap material. Don't buy from them.

Terrible company ordered a jacket the one that turned up was nothing like I ordered and the sizes are not true a xxl is more like a medium!!! Complained many times no response and no refund £118 down the drain!!!

La ropa no tiene nada que ver con las fotos, tejidos muy delgados, diseño malo ( mal cosido, forma de la prenda diferente..). Si quieres devolver la ropa pq no es como la foto o el color que has pedido llega equivocado tienes que pagar tu el envio de vuelta a China ( no te aseguran tampoco que te devuelvan el importe de la ropa, te dicen q si pasa algo por el camino o ellos deciden que no está en condiciones no te lo devolverán). Intentan ofrecerte un 10% o un 20% de descuento, si insistes mucho, para que te lo quedes pero aún así te sale muy caro aún pq la ropa es mala y el diseño peor...
Do not buy anything from Fairy girl or Mesolco. They sell expensive but the quality is poor and the design is very different from the photos they advertise (bad design). They do not refund the money unless you pay for the shipping to China. If you complain because they sent the wrong colour, bad quality items completely different design ( misleading advertising) they do not accept a return free of cost. Even if you are not responsible you have to pay for the shipping, which is expensive. They email you and say that if anything happens to the goods on the way you will be held responsible. So do not trust them. They will offer a 20% reduction if you keep the items, but they look terrible and it works out so expensive because you overpayed for bad quality items.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, ordered my son a ride on bumper car for Christmas, paid end of Oct, commutation very bad had to keep chasing them up, tracking never updated, finally received my Bumper car today(18th Jan) in disguise of a watch!,please be aware! Scammers

Do NOT buy from this vendor! They sent me two Patagonia items I did not order. They admit they made a mistake and claim to have sent coupons as compensation, which I have not received. I spent $168 for items that I don’t like and they are refusing to refund my money. STAY AWAY!

DO NOT BUT FROM THIS SHOP!!! They are fraudulent! I purchased 4 items (3 litter boxes and a robot vacuum).... instead I get sunglasses not even worth 20 cents! My order was USD72/AUD101... I logged a complaint immediately and they told me I had to send the sunglasses back AT MY OWN COST BACK TO CHINA AND WILL ONLY GIVE ME A 40% refund!!

I told them that was robbery then came back with max 50%! I’m still fighting the case and have logged another case with Paypal as I used them for the transaction.

You have been warned!

Honestly if I can give this places are all stars I would because listen me a completely different item in what I had paid for and after I requested multiple times to have my item refunded because it was not what I ordered they told me that I was not able to get a complete refund unless there was a quality issue Which there was because it was not what I ordered And after emailing the multiple times and receiving the same answer in them telling me I could send the item back without receiving a refund I finally managed to get 50% of what my original item was worth for an item I did not want.
