Ordered hoodie as gift for christams as present. No tracking number, dont visite this website

Ordered a team hoodie from ETMPH on 10/31/2020 for a Christmas present after several attempts by email I got a tracking number it said it was received in CA on 11/27/2020 and that was the last I heard anything. Do believe I was SCAMMED!

Bad & poor. Wish produkt sold as top quality.

Scam item... don't order get sent a cheap empty plastic dumb bell worth about 50 cents

They are nothing but a scam they don't provide any information at all they use other people's names and emails

Total scam alert!!! I ordered a 50 in tv for $169 and it never came, fake tracking website that shows progress then stopped. Luckily I paid with Amazon pay and they are taking care of it. Do not shop with this merchant.

Complete scam. Ordered a cat advent calendar, and technically that is what I got - a box with 24 doors. However, there is nothing behind the doors! So paid $19 for an empty box. Don't usually buy online unless from a reputable company but with a cat-crazy daughter, I ordered in a moment of weakness. Learned my lesson - no more online shopping.

I ordered 2 pair of pants and never got anything. I notified Instagram as I found the store on their website. Total joke

Told me that my order was correct. Ya right they took my money and didn't give me what I purchased. I'm owed goods.

Store This company is a disgrace I orders 3x hydraulic jacks and received 3x packet of plastic clips , paid $128 , I can get a refund if I send back at my cost $47.00 order was done 3/10/20 and they took 8 weeks to arrive , the service and communication has been terriable I will never buy again from them , so be warned they will rip you of 😡

I KNEW IT WAS PROBABLY A BOGUS OFFER. IF SOMETHING IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE THEN IT ISN'T TRUE. BUT I ORDERED THE PRODUCT ANYWAY TO SEE WHAT WOULD HAPPEN. THAT WAS A MONTH AGO. NOTHING. I'M IMPRESSED THOUGH. TWICE I'VE SPOKEN TO REPS ON THE PHONE WHO APOLOGIZED AND SAID THAT COVID WAS HOLDING UP DELIVERY. AND IN THE BEGINNING THERE WAS EVEN A PAGE THAT TOLD YOU THE ITEM HAD SHIPPED AND I WAS GIVEN A TRACKING NUMBER. BOGUS OF COURSE--IT NEVER TRACKED--IT ALWAYS JUST SAID THE PRODUCT WAS SHIPPED. BUT AT LEAST THEY PUT SOME EFFORT INTO IT--THE TRACKING PAGE LOOKED VERY REAL. THE PRODUCT I PAID FOR COST 20 BUCKS. I'M ONE OF THE FORTUNATE PEOPLE WHO IS NOT IMPACTED BY LOSING 20 BUCKS. I'VE LOST 20 BUCKS IN WORSE WAYS. SO I FIGURED IT WAS WORTH 20 BUCKS TO SEE WHAT WOULD HAPPEN. AT LEAST THEY DID A GOOD JOB PRETENDING TO FOLLOW UP AND BE RESPONSIVE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS UP TO THE POINT THEY FOLDED THEIR TENT AND CUT OUT.

Received item that wasn't even remotely what I ordered. When I contacted them they tried to convince me to keep it. Then they offered me 50% of my money back. I said no. Then they said I could return it but it was "likely to get lost in the mail" and I wouldn't get anything back. Total scam!!!

I ordered a couple of t-shirts and jumpers which added up to the price of £300 I never received them. Complete scam.

Bait and switch scam. I ordered a 9" garden gnome for $12 plus shipping and received a tiny 2" ornament that you can buy at the 99 cent store. They refuse to send me the correct item or refund my purchase amount. They stole the picture from another site (the legit site warns of this). BEWARE!!!

Scam. Ordered a stair slide for kids, received a bag of foam toys. Got offered a 50 percent refund. which never was issued.

I also ordered 2 skirts from this site sizing based on their chart, photos, models however agree that they are completely mismarked as size is way too small. I contacted within 3 days and it took forever to get a response to which they said they would prcess a refund. NEVER received my money. BIG SCAM, do not purchase from them.The website says unavailable now but she's likely to show up under another name.
