Horrible pharmacy
Horrible pharmacy, this is about the one in Leduc,Alberta. They are incompetent and very rude. Especially glory that works there, it has gone way downhill since she started. She should be fired at the amount of incompetence she has and no customer service skills at all. Just plain mean and rude all the time
Lack thereof f customer support
This company does not support its customers or stand behind the products they sell. I have bought many from ft cards and a very high percentage of them didnt work right out of f the package. When. Advised them of the reocurring problem they didn't do anything about it. They sent the card to the their supplier ad it always comes back the same. Nothing wrong with it. Should work. But they don't. I left 3 messages for the head office and they never even called me bacK!! I'm out hundreds of dollars for these cards. They sell the cards and I paid them my hard earned money andtgeir attitude is nothing we can do. I am now taking them to court over this. They sell the product and I paid them the money. Then they run from the issue. Horrible.
Once they had no medical in stock
Once they had no medical in stock, kept my prescription so I couldn't go elsewhere. The next time they made me wait 10 minutes for a box that was on the shelf and charged a 12.99 fee for putting it in a paper bag. Very rude staff, never going back to Bolton.
I bought rexall pregnancy tests and…
I bought rexall pregnancy tests and both were def positive results. I WASNT PREGNANT! IT WAS HEARTBREAKING! I have heard that EVERY test has these lines.. how are you able to sell these tests to people?? Pretty much every forum or blog says the same. They mostly alllll have the positive line. These need to be recalled!!! And freakin fixed. Its not ok to mess with peoples hearts
Never again!
Ugh. I had to use Rexall pharmacy today as I needed my prescription for antibiotics delivered, and my particular pharmacy doesn't do that. I used the location at 3310 Portage Ave. in Winnipeg, MB. I called them as it was a new prescription being faxed from an online doctor service, made sure delivery was possible, and gave all my info. I was told it would go out the following morning, that it would be ready within the hour but if I wanted delivery , it would be delivered around 11 am the next day.
This was fine. I found it odd that there was no way to get a text/email when the prescription was filled or on its' way. I realize I was a new client, but they had all my info, plus I downloaded the app. The app, with all my info, said it had no record of the prescription so I couldn't check it there.
I waited til the afternoon and no delivery. I tried calling several times and no one answered. There was no voicemail. I also emailed and got no response.
I finally reached someone at 4 pm, who even after entering my info acted like he had no clue what I was talking about. He placed me on a lengthy hold, said it didn't go out this morning because it wasn't ready on time (what happened to it being ready last night?) , but it would be delivered shortly. It dawned on me they had no payment info. I asked if they could charge my card directly , he said no, I had to pay the third party delivery person with cash or a cheque. What year is this again? I don't own cheques and almost never have cash. Miraculously, we had some to pay for it, thank goodness, otherwise I would have been left with no options. Given that most people use cards nowadays, it would have been helpful to know I needed cash or a cheque before I asked for delivery.
You can guess what happened next.
Hours went by, I tried calling, no answer at all.
I finally reached someone at 630 pm. She , again, had no clue even after entering my info. I told her if it hadn't gone out yet, could she please fax it to another location, as I needed this tonight. I was placed on another lengthy hold.
She finally came back and said it had literally just gone out and would be delivered by 10 pm.
Um, what?
It finally arrived. The delivery person was very nice, he had nothing to do with it so I don't fault him at all. I thought it was weird that he was carrying cash and took cheques, but no square/terminal for debit or credit. Isn't that dangerous?
In this day and age, there's no reason filling a prescription for a common antibiotic should be that much of a chore. I realize they're likely short staffed, but answering with a "We're super busy and short staffed, can you call in an hour?" goes a long way. It was also highly concerning I got three different answers from different people, and they seemed totally baffled as if my request was totally bizarre or something and they'd never heard of me, or it, before even though I spoke to three staff members and they had the info (presumably) in their system.
I will never deal with them again, if it's this much of a gong show to get an antibiotic, I don't want them managing my daily medication. It's not as if this is a mom and pop corner pharmacy, they're a major chain. There's no excuse for this. I should add , no one offered any apologies or explanations.
if I could put 0 for a review I would
if I could put 0 for a review I would, the Sudbury Rexall on Bancroft Drive, the manager phamacist is aggressive, disrespectful, abusive of elderly people, He raises his voice so everyone in the store can hear him, all the staff and customers.he is very aggresssive beware to all women and elderly people.. He is a disgrace as a manager pharmacist. They all the pharmacists do not let you know when your doctor sends you a new medication. do not advise you on what to do...they send your medication by delivery without your knowledge and permission...they are the worst pharmacy I ever dealt with, run if you can
staff openly mocked that I was autistic, and discriminated about my disability
Pharmacy was stealing pills from my filled bottles before I picked up the prescriptions. When I asked the pharmacy to investigate and call me back, they ghosted me. I guess someone wasn’t happy their “free pill” supply was being interrupted. So now I will write reviews on every website I can think of every time I remember about how they discriminated against someone (me) with a legally recognized disability (multiple disclosed disabilities actually), because every customer should know what kind of a company they are giving their money to. It’s 2024, making fun of people for things they can’t help isn’t cool. I didn’t body shame any of the staff members.
Invisible disabilities are real. I am not sure why people bother working in a pharmacy if they don’t want to fill prescriptions (especially when they are stealing meds from the bottles! I would have thought that would have been motivation in itself.). Literally the only solution the store offered was for me to get blister /bubble packs for my medications. “Because our staff keeps stealing pills and we don’t want to actually solve the problem, here is a workaround in the meantime. Hopefully you don’t die from seizures.” Except they never said they hoped I didn’t die, and they definitely never said or implied anything resembling an apology.
0/5 stars. I would not recommend this store, unless you want to have any of the following: a seizure (literally), a place to call when you are mad because they messed up your critical meds (better than taking out your frustrations on your wife), if you are trying to recover from self harm and getting someone to hurt you would be like baby steps to completely stopping from hurting yourself, if you are a pharmacist or tech and have sticky fingers then this might just be the perfect job for you to pad your pill pockets.
My partner has been using the rexal…
My partner has been using the rexal Pharmacy at lincoln heights ottawa. The pharmacy service is apalling. There is a crazy amount of racism against white people. To the point of absolute rudeness. People arent coming to a pharmacy for a happy pill. People are sick . You are part of the health care system. If your pharmacy do not like white people then simply change your pharmacy thats all you serve. I have no problem with that. He has been constantly charged for prescriptions and not getting them when he goes back in they say sir when you get older you forget. He is 50. They refuse to give receipt from register saying its on the bag. He is told white people are so whinny. Obviously with these hiring times you have had to take less desirable workers. I will as much as i can get the message out. Your cash versus meds are not lining up. So they skimming meds in there. What they are doing with them i wonder!!!!
Worst pharmacy ever
They can refill my daughters and my prescriptions promptly without telling us we are to soon,by 2 -4 days, they can give you enough to last but expect us to go with out medications that have bad side effects if you stop taking them, and the young man there clearly hates his job,I need to take an anxiety pill just to deal with him but guess what I can’t get them.
Rexall pharmacy at Church & Wellesley
Rexall Pharmacy at Church St. & Wellesley.
I found the staff who work there are very rude! It looks like they hate their jobs! They treat customers like garbage! Besides that Rexall Pharmacy is the most expensive store in Toronto! Some items are 300% more expensive than other stores I found online! There’s no point of shopping there anymore!
832 March road location is so unprofessional
Worst pharmacy I've ever encountered. The manager is very rude and unprofessional. The pharmacy will charge your credit card card on file without your knowledge or permission. DO NOT trust this company with your banking info. I wasn't even present when the charge happened and they gave my prescription to someone other than me. I've never given permission for this. If I had been present I would have declined the charge being done and the meds. I would have gone elsewhere but that option was taken away from me. They refuse to refund and laugh at you over the phone when you call. The manager dodged my calls for over a month. I called several times to follow up. I was told if i got paper work in to them they would refund the issue. Then they refused the refund when i did as asked by them. I recommend going elsewhere. Not worth the headache or being disrespected. The location is 832 March road. In Kanata.
Don’t go to 350 cresthaven DR rexall.
this business is so horrible and what kind of customer service is this? Me and my friends where just trying to get snacks from Rexall and this lady kept following us around everywhere we go, and she talked to us thinking we where stealing and she said a lot of teenagers aren’t aloud in the store and she was so disrespectful to me, and my friends. Trust me take ur buisness elsewhere if ur a teen just trying to buy stuff at Rexall because there’s gonna be some lady following you around the whole store making it so obvious, she should get fired and never hired at any store again because who accuses 13 year old girls of stealing that’s just crazy and she should be fired I hope to hear this lady gets fired or my dads gonna go and send them a complaint about everything me and my friends experienced at the store, the workers there have no respect for any teen because of there appearance or age. Last time in the world me and my friends go over there, you guys just lost yourself 7 customers who where the only people in ur store, and gained 7 complaints from parents going into the store this week.

Miss Ana Suarez is very knowledgeable, compassionate and shows concern with the medicine prescribed to me. She goes extra mile. It's almost like consulting a physician. I asked her if my medicine causes palpitation for example.
Her smile brings warmth.
I highly recommend this pharmacy because the manager really cares.
