I bought two more ques as a gift to my son - the jumper and the breaker. Impeccable quality and performance. My son loves them. The first que I bought him was the vintage wood model.

I placed an order with Rhino on July 2 and received my item on July 8. On July 14, after getting an initial test of the product, I discovered the CF shaft I ordered was faulty and contacted customer support on July 15. It took multiple emails and multiple follow ups to secure a replacement as I did not want a refund, and did eventually receive my replacement product on July 30.

I think Rhino would significantly benefit from 1) Ensuring quality control is being done correctly on their products, and 2) Keeping a singular customer service agent assigned to a case.

Most of my issues stemmed from customer service not fully understanding my issues. I was asked for some of the information I had already sent twice, and it further delayed my replacement. In addition, the replacement wasn't shipped when promised, and there was a need for timeliness in this whole situation.

I'm not sure if I'll ever do business with Rhino again, but I do think if you can receive a quality product the first time around then they're great. I love my new shaft and I play with it on my league nights now.

I am on my third shaft now converting all my cues to Rhino carbon shafts.As far as I am concerned they are the best for the money,tips are very durable.

Rhino Billiards products are top notch. I have played and purchased cue sticks and shafts that cost four times more than Rhino’s and they stay in the bag as backups while I play league and tournaments with Voyager USA cue. The shaft is ultra smooth and the grip with the raised stars let me know where I’m at without giving a second thought.
By far, the very best bang for your buck !

Love the variety of products available at Rhino. I’m a 73 yr old native Washingtonian, and play every night with my dad’s pool stick! My new glove is so comfortable, and has gotten a lot of favorable comments. It’s really going to enhance my playing experience.

Very good build, feels good to shoot and consistent. Would recommend this Nebula 2 pool cue to any level of player.

This company has never let me down. I had a self inflicted problem with the ferrule and they sent me a new shaft. I now have several shafts and. I prefer the rhino over the cynergy. I like the sound and feel better.I'm hoping to get a nebula 2 with the sport wrap soon. I'm going to get it instead of a lucasi. I'll let you know what I think.

I’ve been using the Rhino RETRÔ Pool Cue for a few sessions now, and I’m truly impressed. As a semi-professional player who focuses on control, draw, follow, and top spin rather than power shots, this cue suits my playing style perfectly.

The balance is excellent, the shaft is smooth with low deflection, and the build quality is outstanding. Packaging was very professional and secure.

One small suggestion is to improve the tip — it’s decent, but a higher-grade tip would make the cue even better.

What really stood out was the amazing customer service. They responded quickly to my emails, and even offered a free product to cover the cost of expedited shipping. The shipping was also much faster than I expected.

Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Rhino Cues to any player who values quality, control, and great support.

My first purchase of a replacement shaft for my Cuetec Avid Sneaky Pete, after being recommended to Rhino by a friend. Got knowledgeable, prompt responses to all of my questions particularly regarding customisation of the shaft collar diameter, so finally decided to take the plunge. The Rhino shaft came very well packed & protected, arrived well within the advised time frame, and fitted my Cuetec absolutely perfectly. Have now played with it for a couple of weeks & absolutely love it - I truly think the Rhino CF & slightly larger tip combination has helped me shoot more consistently, & pocket more balls.
