RH Specialist Vehicle Insurance Reviews 

BUYER BEWARE: RH Insurance, Jillian Bradford, Aviva Insurance may be the slimiest experience of my entire life.
Was provided an insurance quote for three auto policies on July 9th, 2024 that I agreed to. The auto insurance was to be effective Aug 6 at 12:01 am. On Friday Aug 2nd (the Friday of the August long weekend) I received an email from the broker at RH Insurance, Jillian Bradford informing me that Aviva would not provide collision or liability for me son. Claims history was know to all parties.
Unless you want a company to renege on a quote, be provided such information at the last minute, I would avoid all three of the parties listed above. Would give no stars for this lack of service.

Very easy to deal with - particularly Eliot Silveira who was most helpful. Worked out a very satisfactory deal for 4 classic cars.

I have used RH Specialist Vehicle Insurance for several years and they always have been so good, pleasant staff and affordable at a competitive price.
Any adjustments have never been any issues and always accommodated.

After purchasing a classic vehicle from a colleague who had been insured with RH Specialist Vehicle Insurance for many years, we were able to effectively transfer the vehicle details to our new policy, which made a potentially complicated process very simple. RH actually contacted us directly following the cancellation of our colleague's policy and the customer service agent (Elliot) was absolutely faultless - he made it all so easy. The policy premium was incredibly competitive and the additional cover options (Legal, etc) were also very reasonably priced. The electronic documentation came through within minutes of the phone call ending. Based on my initial experience of RH, I would definitely recommend them.

David is a fabulous agent to deal with, he is friendly, patient and very professional. I’ve had a few policies purchased over the past few years and he’s very reliable in that if he says he will call back, he does unlike many others. Thankfully I’ve never had to make a claim but if I did I think David would be very helpful and supportive in guiding a client through the journey.

I have a large list of classic cars with RH, it's impossible to get them on the phone. I've tried calling a number of days now and it just continues to tell you to hold.

When you do get through it's pretty ok as a customer to deal with them, but not being able to get through to them makes being a customer pretty frustrating.

David Leivers is very good at what he does he put you at ease and finds the right policy for your classic car at the right price I am very pleased.

Excellent service, simple, precise and as always nice to talk to fellow humans who appreciates cars in any form and not a robot!!!

Not often I recommend a company but if you need your classic car insured can’t go wrong with this company and a fair price and agreed value all covered

Very helpful concise detailed conversation. Nice to actually speak with a human rather than binary questions which you never know how answer will be interpreted.

Needed to ask a question about recovery back to
UK if needed. Spoke to Elliot Silveira who was very polite and very helpful .
A pleasure to speak to him.

Only good things to say about RH. I have both my classics insured at a very reasonable cost. I broke down once and recovery only took 40mins. Agreed valuation done very efficiently as well. Don’t hesitate to use.

Called RH as I had a better offer of insurance from another provider, after talking with David and him making whatever savings he could for me, it was seen that other insurance was not quite like for like so I'm staying with RH. Thank you David for your sterling effort...

Renewed by RH insurance policy on two cars. Great service from Ethan Brooks.

Got two quotes from ERS. Explained that a n other quotation was better. Ethan then researched any differences and was able to reduce my premium by an additional £100.00 on top of the other quotation.

Out on a day out had the misfortune to breakdown😪
10 miles into a ride to Malden in Essex. 😒 the brand new clutch cable broke🤬
Had to be recovered👍not bad one and a half hours from first call back home drinking tea😁
Couldn't recommend RH Specialist vehicle insurance
enough now have all my vehicles insured with them😁
