Communication with FPRA was both responsive and clear. Even when initially it was thought they may not be able to respond within the tight timeframe this was clearly communicated enabling more time to be allocated.

FPRA advisors are always ready to assist and help! As our Residents’ Association is quite new and members aren’t experts, the support of FPRA is invaluable.

The FPRA volunteers are truly outstanding with their indepth knowledge about all subjects relating to the running of a residents management company. They provide enormous help with negotiating the legal responsibilities Directors face in the day to day running of a block of apartments.

We are a small tenants association and have found the advice we receive from the FPRA invaluable over the last couple of years. This most recent advice was from one of their legal advisors and was the third time we had requested such information. It was thoroughly researched (with reference to our own lease) and written in depth, answering not only our direct questions, but also providing additional context to aid our understanding. I therefore have no hesitation in awarding five stars for this.

The legal feedback I have received in the 4/5 weeks since joining has paid for the membership twenty fold. In addition the advice was provided within a 24 hour slot quicker than if we had gone to a high street legal firm. I raised several questions about the same leaseholder and all were answered by the same lawyer for continuity and the direction easy to follow. The admin staff are also extremely helpful and patient. The FPRA are a life saver for us group of pensioners and we intend to continue our membership indefinately. I would urge anyone in leasehold property to join. The benefits far outweigh the membership cost. The feedback and advice is 'first class'.
