FPRA is a valuable source of…

FPRA is a valuable source of information for people living in apartment buildings where a residents' association has been created. For my troubled building it has been great source of assistance. Recommended.

FPRA advice on Section 20 process…

The free advice provided by the FPRA's advisers is very useful. We've recently had a couple of issues with the Section 20 process where researching on the Internet for answers yielded conflicting opinions. The adviser's responses to our queries were prompt, clear and helpful.

Very prompt responses and invaluable advice

Very prompt responses and invaluable advice. I sent a fairly detailed question to which the legal advisor responded asking for greater clarification. Only two days later & after receiving this further info, I received an immensely detailed and helpful reply.
Brilliant service.

A curate's egg?

The second response from Nicholas Roberts was just what we wanted and followed what was clearly a lot of research and writing. This would have earned you five stars. Unfortunately a previous response from another advisor was incomplete and in one respect incorrect. For this reason we have to mark you down. We got there in the end and are very grateful to the FPRA.

Helpful legal advice

Our resident management company joined the FPRA some three years ago and the directors have been extremely grateful for the legal advice their advisors have furnished us with. Replies are prompt and relevant and we have saved considerable sums by not having to obtain the services of local solicitors. The annual fee is well worth paying for the support we receive.

Question regarding our lease,

We had a question about our lease and payments for major projects. The FPRA gave a clear interpretation of the relevant lease clauses and we are now in a much better position to go forward.

Always top service

The reception team are great - very responsive. The advice we have received from the advisors is all very well researched and relevant. I am really pleased our leaseholders' association joined the FPRA and I would recommend other leaseholder/tenant associations to do so too.

prompt, concise and articulate responses

We have been a member for a number of years, and rarely have to utilise the service, but when we do a prompt, concise and articulate response is given.

Would recommend all Residents associations have them as an aid.
