I rented with Rhubarb from September 2022 - 2023.

They where very receptive to any issues identified when I first moved into my apartment and arranged maintenance quickly and at a convenient time.

I was stuck in limbo for several months as the apartment was being brought by a commercial entity but it had yet to be completed. There was a lack of communication on potential rent increases and despite being told I’d receive a call I received no communications until I made the decision to end the tenancy due to the uncertainty surrounding prices and deciding to buy a house.

Rhiannan is a credit to the company and has always responded to any questions promptly and has been very helpful which moved my score from a 3 to a 4.

Compared to other people’s horror story’s about letting agents I’ve had a much better experience than some and received my full deposit back which I was very happy to receive.
