Urine Analysis

Doesn’t work

I have documented health issues that do not register with the Ribbon device. I have been emailing and trying to return but no luck.

Peace of mind in minutes.

I ordered the test kit to see where my health was in several different areas. Kidney function, liver function and eight others. The instructions were very clear and the test was very easy to take. within minutes I had the results. I now have peace of mind knowing I had excellent results.

My wife and I can't say enough about…

My wife and I can't say enough about Ribbon. We are both in our 70"s and use the product monthly. It is such
a well organized kit that is so easy to use with great instant results. Waiting for a yearly exam is frustrating in that something can develop in a short time. This is such
a piece of mind to be able to finally take control of your own health and have a clear understanding. I can't understand why is isn't in everyones home.

I do not disputethe product

I do not disputethe product, it is the hidden app fees that comes along with the product. They charge a $19.99 monthly subscription to their application. I did NOT know this was added to the product but noticed this fee on my credit card. I tried to resolve this directly but they DO NOT have a contact number. They just wanted me to to email the dispute to support, I was able to chat with what seemed like a live person but in the end worked with my credit card company to dispute this hidden charge. Why make the fee hidden, what are they hiding?

I was not receiving email responses

I was not receiving email responses, unable to fix the issue we changed to a different address and the issue was resolved. Very satisfied with the chat responses and in a timely manner. That's good customer service.

So I tried using my new email address I set up the next and I'm showed there is no record of that email account. Tired using the the chat room, got no where. I explained the issue and I was told my order is delayed. Nothing mentioned of my email issue not on the account. Nothing resolved. I've will have to give a star one for this

SNEAKY and UNETHICAL

This is one of the SNEAKIEST and UNETHICAL company!. After they sold you the strips they keep LEACHing you $19.99 EVERY month under "subscription". They give you the false understanding once you purchase the strips you already paid the results but instead they keep charging you every month.

I ordered this 10 days ago. I never got it. The website had buttons to check my order. when I put in my info nothing happens tells me nothing. noone to contact. Ill be contesting the charge on my card.

Scam

Ordered at 11:46am. Sent a cancel order request at 11:53am after seeing that they snuck a $20 monthly charge for using the test kits. Got a response from Faith at 11:58 acknowledging my request. Spent next couple hours emailing about why im canceling and then trying to explain the subscription. I said I still wanted to cancel and she said it was too late and the item shipped already. What a scam.
And before I could even use it, it has been discontinued for use in the US. Wtf

Using the app, it was easy instructions to follow and the results were fast! They can link you to a doctor online for a prescription if you need one. As a mom, I have no time to go to a doctor's office. Thank you Ribbon for making my life a bit easier and less worry.

Ribbon check up is a super easy process…

Ribbon check up is a super easy process to help understand your body and health on a real time basis. Once set up, which takes 5 minutes, one time only, monitoring your body takes 2 minutes.

Before I started using ribbon health, I was concerned about accuracy. I had a complete urine test, as part of a medical check up 2 weeks before so I could compare the results. The medical lab results matched my at home results, so that concern about accuracy was erased. I now have full confidence, if I suspect there is problem, or I am not feeling so good, I can test at home to see if I need some doctor/medical attention. If I am feeling fine, I still plan to test every few weeks, just to ensure, everything is OK. The real time results, without going to a lab or a doctor, makes this product/service a winner.

Easier to Do The Test Than It Looked at First Glance

I was initially intimidated at what looked like it might be an elaborate process to actually do these tests, but as it turned out, it was easier than I expected.

And the "bots" that answer your questions are actually programmed to do so accurately and directly, unlike many other sites I've dealt with that use AI.

I was really excited about this…

I was really excited about this product. It worked great! BUT....There was NOTHING mentioned on the site about a $19.99 a MONTH fee to use the app! I suddenly get a charge! Not cool!
