I had a great experience working with Ribbons & Reeves all thanks to Tom (and also their lovely staff who picked up the phone every time I called)! Tom was friendly, prompt at communicating and helpful in tricky situations. Within 2 weeks of getting in touch with them, I secured a job that met my criteria.

My experience with Ribbons & Reeves has been great. They promptly got in touch with me about the roles I applied for and made sure to send my details/applications to the area and specific titles I wanted. Staff were always in touch with great communication and enthusiasm. Because of their quick work I got a job in a great school with the exact role I wanted, after only a few weeks. I have loved my experience of working with Tom at Ribbons & Reeves! I have worked with many other agencies and agents across my years of teaching but no one has compared to Tom. He really took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for in a school. Tom never pressured me to accept an offer that I didn't feel confident accepting (I've worked with other agencies who have been quite difficult if I didn't accept a job at any old school!). Most importantly, Tom always took the time to talk to me before an interview, would be incredibly supportive and encouraging so I'd be in the best mindset for an interview which would later land me a job! Couldn't recommend Ribbons & Reeves and Tom enough!

I have had a really positive experience working with Charlie from Ribbons and Reeves. He took the time to learn about me and understand the kind of role I was looking for and found me a great new teaching role. Charlie requested the information I needed for the interview and made the communications with the school easy. He also understood the pressures of school work commitments whilst job searching and was very accommodating. I had an amazing experience being supported by the staff at Ribbons & Reeves. After initially connecting on LinkedIn and organising a phone call to discuss opportunities, they rapidly got in touch with details of a suitable school. We were then able to quickly organise an interview and secure a role at the school. From first connecting to accepting the role this occurred over less than a 2 week period and I would highly recommend them.

I have just secured my first teaching role thanks to Ribbons and Reeves. I was understandably nervous about the process as it was the first time I had gone through the teaching interview process. However, thanks to Charlie I felt completely prepared and he was always available to speak to if I had any questions or if I was overthinking anything! The entire process was easy and quick and would definitely work with the company again in the future.

All the team truly care about you as a person and spend the time getting to know who you are and exactly what you are looking for. This is actually my second job that I have found because of Ribbons and Reeves and couldn't recommend them enough! The whole process was so quick and simple. The first school suggested met all my criteria and seems an ideal fit. Super speedy job allocation, very professional and helpful couldn’t ask for a better person (Melissa) to help me on my career search, I didn’t have to say to much but she found the perfect job for me. Really, I’m very happy and excited to start my new journey! I would recommend their services to anyone who needs help in securing a teaching position. Delighted with how quick the process was, great and you can feel the organisation and support system of the company. They are great if you need help you know where to go, don’t question it just go with it!
