Matt found me a wonderful position that suited me perfectly from what I was looking for in the role to it being on my doorstep, with the bonus of being in a wonderful school. I am so grateful for his excellent listening skills, non pushy attitude and supportive encouragement and patience whilst I navigated and made the transition from my previous job. Of all the many agencies I have dealt with this is by far the best. Integrity, listening and good matching. Thoroughly recommend!

My experience with Ribbons & Reeves has been wonderful. My first contact with the company was Charlie who explained how the entire recruitment process would work and gave me some great tips before my first interview. Consequently, I was contacted by Matt who, after listening to what I was looking for, promptly secured me my first teaching assistant position with both the year-group and teaching experience I was seeking. I sent my CV off to Ben on the Monday, and he got in touch straight away to start finding me a role that would suit me. He arranged an interview for me that same week, and I was offered a position on the Thursday. I start next week! Had an excellent experience with ribbons and reeves. I worked with Ben over my four week resignation period to find a role suitable for me. They were extremely patient with me, kept communication great and checked in with me often, even after my interview just to see how it went! Matt was fantastic throughout the process. He kept me updated on a regular basis with daily phone calls. There was support with the interview- with possible questions that could come. Matt was very understanding and did a great job at contacting the relevant people when necessary. I would use this service again!

A massive thank you to Tom Stoten for helping me find a Graduate Teaching Assistant role. The process took around a week - so much quicker than I expected it would. Tom took into account the sort of role I was looking for, my location, and really seamlessly guided me through each step. I had a great experience with Ribbons and Reeves! I worked largely with Matt Burgum who secured me an interview with a primary school! I was placed within six weeks of our initial conversation and the whole process was made so easy by Matt who was transparent and communicated openly throughout the whole process.
