Excellent service, excellent communication, very polite and they listen to what you are looking for and try their best to find a role suitable for you. They found me a role soon after I joined which has since turned into a long term position. I've worked with other agencies and I must say R&R is one of my best experiences.

I am delighted I found Ribbons and Reeves, from my initial call the service has been the best out of any recruitment company I have used before, its been nice speaking to a smaller team rather than the big recruitment companies! With Covid impacting on schools and lockdown measures, it made it incredibly hard to find a possible job for starting in September. Tom at Ribbons and Reeves worked incredibly hard to quickly update me of any changes but also have lengthy conversations with me about what I wanted in a school and narrow down what it was that I was looking for in general. He found me a suitable and near-by school that fit me perfectly and on top of that was a brilliant support, giving lots of advice for nerves and possible questions and scenarios for the interview. I have secured myself an NQT role from the first interview that he had found and am very grateful for all of his knowledge, support and help overall!

I'd give six stars if I could. Across the last few months, I've talked to a ton of recruiters, most of whom put you forward for one or two jobs which aren't suitable and then lose interest.
