My experience with Ribbons & Reeves has been really easy and positive from the start. I’ve mostly worked with Charlie, who has been extremely proactive in finding roles that are a good fit and hugely supportive during the recruitment process. Communication has been clear and friendly throughout, and Charlie and the team have always been incredibly quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I’m excited to start my first job in teaching thanks to Ribbons & Reeves. Would totally recommend the company looking to do the same!

I have had a great time working with Ribbons & Reeves as from the very beginning of working together they have been incredibly informative, professional and transparent at every step of the process. They secured me a role at a great school within weeks of contacting me about getting a teaching role at a time when there are not many jobs going around at all. If you are interested in working in a teaching role at the moment I would heavily recommend.

I've had such a great experience with Ribbons & Reeves. They were very efficient and was able to find a perfectly suited role which I am currently in now. I had a gentleman called Matt who was genuinely interested in what I wanted and not just trying to get me into any role that didn't meet my desired requests. He was always honest with the roles and schools available which some may know is rare for recruitment agencies.
He kept in contact with me throughout the whole process and even after being hired, checked in on me to see that I was still happy with the choice of school.
I would definitely recommend them and if I needed support finding a new teaching role, they would be my 1st and only option.

From the start, Ben Reeves understood not only the kind of teaching post I was seeking, but who I am as a teacher, and importantly what teaching environment would suit me most. He was clear and communicative from our first discussion, exploring and detailing what my options were whilst encouraging and motivating me too. I quickly felt comfortable, with Ben's knowledge and experience, I had faith the right post would come my way. He didn't trouble me with job opportunities unless he was sure they came close to my criteria; other agencies often aren't as considerate. When Ben presented me with an opportunity that he thought would be a good fit, he not only dealt with my hesitation with sensitivity and encouragement, but he reminded me that it was simply an opportunity- one I could benefit from even if it was just for the experience. And that I wasn't compelled either way. Fortunately, the interview went really well and from Ben's genuine delight at my success, to him carefully explaining paperwork and procedures, he has remained thoroughly professional, courteous and supportive from the beginning. I am so pleased I have used the services of Ribbons and Reeves and wouldn't hesitate to encourage others to do the same.

My experience with Ribbons and Reeves has been excellent. The recruitment directors are very patient with job applicants and spend valuable time trying to understand what applicants are looking for and address all questions to the best of their ability. Next, they match applicants to a suitable role with genuine interest for the applicants’ long-term career aspirations.

Finding a role is made easy as the applicant is kept informed of suitable roles and asked whether they want their CV/profile to be shared with the employer. If the applicant makes it to the interview stage with the employer, Ribbons and Reeves also provide interview advice to ensure s/he is prepared. Overall, the process is smooth and well thought out.

I would highly recommend this consultancy whether you are an employer or seeking experience in the education industry.

I've had a lovely experience working with Ribbons and Reeves. I have been job searching for multiple months now and recently I decided to reach out to this recruitment agency.

I worked with Charlie, Matt, and Jack. All three of them were really friendly and helpful, doing their best to source new opportunities based on what criteria I had in mind for my work. Tom was really attentive and always available to answer calls or emails from me. He was very efficient, sending off for a DBS certificate straight away and made the whole process very easy. Before interviews he was very reassuring and boosted my confidence with a good luck message and reminded me of the key aspects of the job.
