Charlie and the rest of the ribbon and reeves team were brilliant, securing me a job in no time at all, being consistently friendly and efficient, whilst the process always remained very stress free for myself. There was clearly a lot of time and effort put into the process, and Charlie made me feel I could ask any questions, and made the interviewing process very calm and relaxed. Also was offered very useful advice before my interview. can’t recommend them enough!

I’m currently in the process of applying to do my Teacher Training next year, and my big downfall was not having any experience of working in a school-setting. When trying to gain this experience, everywhere I applied for as a Teaching Assistant - even those listed as “work experience” - required me to have the previous experience which I lacked. Ribbons and Reeves instead saw my potential in working in education, and immediately found me a position working as a Teaching Assistant in a local school. Shortly after this, I was offered a place on one of my Teacher Training courses. A very big thank you to the Ribbons and Reeves team (in particular Matt) from a future primary school teacher!

This was my first time working with an agency and working as a TA and it’s been an amazing experience! Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful, friendly and professional.
