I’ve had such a great experience with Richard Lloyd recruitment, specifically with Chloe Weldon. She was absolutely lovely to deal with, and had the best intentions for myself and the client. I have known Geoff Balmer for over two decades, before he jointly founded Richard Lloyd. First as a candidate, and later as a client seeking quality accounting staff, both temporary and permanent.

Geoff has always been an absolute pleasure to interact with. His knowledge of the accounting market is amazing. His understanding of the specific requirements of a candidate (i.e. me) or the various roles on offer with his clients and his regular communications on the progress he was making was always very refreshing. Being proactive, Geoff will always contact me, perhaps every six to eight weeks, to enquire if I was happy in my role or if I required his assistance in securing staff for any vacancies. In this way, he has contributed significantly towards growing the Richard Lloyd business by keeping RL front and centre in my mind!

I have also introduced him to several Accounting staff at various levels, who he has assisted in securing appropriate roles.

Finally, Geoff is one of few recruiters in Sydney who will always return telephone calls, however busy he is.
