I had the privilage of dealing with Richard Lloyd Agency and my contact person was Kiana. She was brilliant. She kept me in the loop every step of the way. When I had questions she answered the straight away. With so many other agencies Kiana always contacted me and I never had to wonder or wait to try and figure out what was happening. I'm a first time Mum who had been on maternity leave for almost 3 years before I started looking for a full time work around March 2021. She is friendly, shows genuine interest in knowing me, find me a suitable role, promptly answers my queries, providing feedback and updates all the way.
