Poor service, Rude staff & spam u with junk emails

Thankyou Richardsons cycles i ordered a wheel frame on the Tuesday and had delivered by Thursday absolutely great service. Originally I ordered from halfords to have delivered on a particular day at my local store and it didn't arrive I waited in all 2 weeks so gave up in the end and asked for a refund . Thank god for Richardsons cycles will definitely recommend.

I ordered a pair of bike tyres, 27x11/4 Schwalbe HS159, which I could not find locally. They were delivered quickly and were well packaged.

Ordered yellow FLANGED DMR death grips for my 11yr son as advertised with a photo off amazon.

To have a set of unflanged grips sent smh. why advertise a flanged grips then send an unflanged grips

One disagrees with your comment regarding the picture I have it in my camera on my phone clearly showing flanged grips and your description is for unflanged grips. I can send it to you if you wish . Quiet simple put up the correct picture of what you are selling and make sure the description matches the photograph.

They are being sent back to yourself by royal mail . Collection tommorrow

Great service, communication, professional and a quick turnaround on the Bicycle repair. Great service all around and I highly recommend them.

The first time I went into this shop they clearly did not like single speeds -try it yourself. Surely it is the customers choice whether to have one.

Useful tip- Dont go buying 4 or 5 bikes for you and your family. Buy one, see if you get one or two thousand miles from it without a service. If you do then go back and get more bikes. There are still some very poor quality bikes shops out there, not just richardsons, probably because they have no rivals in some towns. They just will not give in so dont take all your custom to them.

I had a service with these guys. The brakes still needed work and eventhough they are steel pedals one needs relacing now, three months later. Just because they have 4 or 5 shops does not mean they provide high quality. Do your research guys. I have found facebook very useful. Also, dont always rely on word of mouth, it never worked for me.

We visited the St Ives store on Saturday and Dave gave us excellent customer service. Excellent knowledge and friendly, just what a customer wants, thank you Dave.
