We have had exemplary help in the past from our local Oxford shop, and since the recent lockdown excellent advice and service also from advisors in Reading and Birmingham. While not experienced in these matters we knew we needed to upgrade our existing TV and after some conversations we followed the advice of Sebastian (working at home but attached to the Birmingham store) and ordered an LG TV. We had a problem with the initial TV that was delivered and had instant support and offer to replace the faulty product, and the replacement has arrived very speedily.
We have found Richer Sounds an excellent organisation, and would go there rather than to John Lewis which would normally be our default. The advice, the sales and the follow-up service are all unbeatable. A big thank you to all who have helped us.

Richer sounds allowed me the pleasure of auditioning a pair of Monitor audio silver 500 speakers at home to see if they sounded right in my room through my own system & I was very happy with what I heard. Many thanks Birmingham staff

As a radio 3 addict I had been thinking about replacing my old Pure 701 DAB tuner for some months, then a £25 VIP Club voucher arrived on screen and that decided it.
One telephone call to RS Birmingham reserved a T4030 and a visit to the shop took two minutes, and my 3rd purchase from Richer Sounds this year couldn't have been easier or quicker.

Visited the Birmingham store and found the staff, especially Sam, really really helpful. Great selection of items and got a 6 year warranty with my new TV at the lowest price available. Really couldn’t fault the service. Will definitely recommend.

Although there was a slight wait, when I was served the member of staff was very helpful, finding an identically priced alternative when the item I wanted was out of stock. I couldn't be more pleased with the result.

Phoned through my order to save the journey into Birmingham and within a few days the two items ordered were delivered to my home as requested. Couldn't have been easier and straight forward.

I brought a TV and sound bar today - both really good. All I can say is Richer Sounds in Birmingham are well worth visiting and shopping with. Thank you so much to Sam who was brilliant. He honoured their price match guarantee on the TV and cut another £10 off, and he cut money off a sound bar too. He answered all of my questions, and was patient and never pushy. He helped me carry it all to my car and reimbursed me for my parking - no hassle whatsoever. BRILLIANT. Will only buy from them from now on.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. Nothing is too much trouble. You mention what you're looking for and Simon was on it, setting up the music system for us to listen too and not minding one bit our questions and when wanting to compare with other speakers. We were there for a while and even got offered a drink, sadly, no gin and tonic. Then once we'd chosen our system, speakers etc we were put at ease with the offer of Simon coming to set it up for us. We like a challenge so we declined but said if in trouble we'd get in touch. Our items arrived within days of purchase and we set to work to get it up and running, it took a while along with a few G&T's but we got there! Then we had a follow up call from Simon to see how we were getting on and again an offer of help on any information that we might require.
We wouldn't go anywhere else and 100% recommend you to others.
A personal thanks to Simon, we love our music system!!
