Staff where very helpful and friendly service

Popped in to check out an offer I had found on the internet, I think possible after a Facebook advert for a item I guess I must have looked for before; I don't think I had ever ventured into any Richer Sounds store before, although the store was known to me. I confess I was daunted as this is not a hyperstore format with every bit of inventory on show so I can touch and play without dealing with anyone, but the member of staff that approached me was knowledgeable and responsive to the deal I was asking about with no upselling or pushing something I wasn't interested in. The member of staff was happy to test out my query on whether the headphones could be charged while being listened to and in the end I left with the demonstration model at a lower price than I had attracted me in in the first place...not sure if the stock level was so low at the store or not, but I was certainly happy.

A review of the order and delivery of speakers as are present for son for Christmas so haven't been tried yet.
Ordering - easy, over the phone. Item not in stock at Birmingham but have received today, Sunday (notified by text of delivery time which was really useful) so 5 days since ordering.
Would buy from Richer Sounds again.

I have been dealing with Sam-firstly by 'phone then with a visit to the Birmingham store.
Sam has been very helpful,is knowledgeable and professional.
He set up the demo room for me and one of his colleagues made me a mug of coffee.
It was all a very positive experience.

purchased sony tv from richer sounds . usman who i spoke to about what i was interested in buying . usman explained what they had that suited my needs , Picked TV up later in the afternoon .richer sounds even offered to pay for my parking . very happy with the service i received . This is the first time i have bought anything from richer sounds and a 6 year warranty is brilliant ... Thankyou ....

Not only were the Richer Sounds staff able to give me another review over the phone but also a further £10 off the black Friday price, making them unbeatably priced cheaper anywhere online!

On collection they still rated them far superior for audio quality than another brand priced higher (by additional £50) I'd also research online.

Knowledgable and impartial, reason why Richer Sounds still exists on the High Street. Recommend you visit them for any audio/TV purchases over a 'mediocre big name high street electrical brand'.

Overall an excellent experience of our new LG OLED55CPLA TV.
I contacted the Birmingham store to see if they had stock of this item and luckily they had just had a delivery. Rehan offered to hold one for me for 24 hours whilst we made a decision. I phoned several times asking various questions and these were all answered promptly and courteously. I then searched online and found the TV a little cheaper elsewhere, another call and the price was matched, no quibble. I collected the TV from store where it was taken to my car for me. We are really happy so far with our purchase and would definitely use and recommend Richer Sounds again.
