Great service and assistance as always from the BIRMINGHAM store, Samsung TV up to usual standard, great picture and easily set up... only let down was the delivery courier they use, over the phone I requested an early Friday delivery as I go out at 5pm, on the day of delivery had a message that delivery was between 3pm & 6 pm, what’s the point in requesting early delivery, so I waited & waited, sent messages, no reply, sent email, no reply, phoned about 4 to gat a rough time, couldn’t track driver, seriously in this day and age, requested he text me a time, guess what ?no reply,,, eventually had a message at 5.45 that van had broken down and would reschedule, that old chestnut, so went out at 6, then phoned 6.40 to arrange delivery, said I was at a friends house about 10mins away and asked to deliver there as had ID etc, they refused, eventually had delivery on Wednesday... suggest they use a different courier..

Renan could not have been more helpful - he located exactly the TV I wanted, arranged free delivery and explained the generous 6 year warranty. To cap it all, the price had been reduced by £20.00. All in all an excellent deal. Very pleased and will recommend Richer Sounds...

My wife and I were made to feel welcome. We were served by a pleasant man that although much more knowledgable than we, did not talk down to us.
We were offered a huge range of products but, listening to our requirements, the salesman quickly identified the most likely items for us to choose from.
We did not shop around before entering the store but have since found that all the items purchased were very keenly priced.
Free delivery in 5 days max. all boxes ticked

Brilliant service as always. Sam was attentive and nothing was too much trouble for him. Bringing out several models of sound bars and bases for us to listen to. Eventually finding one that was really perfectly for us. Other members of staff although not actually serving us would comment and join in with suggestions and friendly advice. Felt as if we were part of a family and treated as such. No pushy pressure selling here just trying to get you what would suit your needs. Will never go anywhere else.

The network receiver is stylish looking and sounds great. Setting up the system took a long time and having to download the manual did not help. Now that it is set up I am very pleased with the purchase.

The assistant,Samuel, was very helpful both in the purchase I made and also in answering my questions about which soundbar would be best for me, in my price range, as I have only partial hearing.

Excellent service and explanation about televisions and the respective advantages of each one. Very good customer service from someone with knowledge about the products.
