Sam advised me on my latest purchase. Sam was extremely knowledgable, very helpful, professional and courteous. His product knowledge is impeccable and ensured I left with everything that I needed to complete my home cinema installation. I highly recommend this store.

I popped into my nearest branch today to buy a replacement DVD player. As always, the service was next to non, friendly and knowledgable. I routinely check here first whenever I'm looking for new tech. They didn't have what I wanted in the shop, but it will be delivered, f.o.c., later this week.

Didn't quite get the deal I wanted but was fairly happy with the cost. Sales person was very helpful and helped to carry the heavy TV to the car.

Brought in a 18month old CD player that had failed (probably laser) Imediately replaced no quibble excellent service. Only difficulty was exiting Birmingham multiple roadworks, not really their fault.

The advice and product comparison demonstration I received was first class especially compared with another well known retailer I had initially sought advice from. Felt under no pressure to buy. Matched price with no quibble - Richer Sounds will be my first port of call in the future.

The service from Sam was professional, easy going and non pushy. As someone who isn’t overly knowledgeable he was able to advice me on suitable products for the look and sound I wanted to achieve. Sam did everything thoroughly and made some additional changes for me without any hesitation and still honoured the discount.
Everything he promised was done on time and with a smile. He even called me madam which made me feel very grown up!
I loved he is a proper brummie, as a brummie myself I found his service, honestly and offer of continual advice and support really reassuring. You’re a good man Sam they are lucky to have you.

Cliff and the team did a great job by sorting my TV problems to my satisfaction with speedy decisions once all the facts were known.

went in to buy a freesat box Sam had one in stock and I asked would they price match amazon, only £3 so expected a yes but instead he knocked £10 off. great.
so Richer have a good ethical policy, pay decent wages,have a charity and pay taxes! so we can have a health service why give money to a scumbug billionaire who does none of the above.
