Both the in store sale advisor and his new member of staff Usman were incredibly friendly, helpful and genuinely cared about the products on offer. They dedicated the time to me to show me how the pair of speakers I wanted would look and perform without being able to open their last box of them and gave me a fantastic buying experience. I only went in to purchase a new CD player which Sam processed with utmost efficiency. No discussion was needed re the product, which I know will be outstanding, particularly at the sale price. Not many places go the very extra mile and open up for business on New Year’s Day! I was lucky and travelled up from Shrewsbury Having already booked my collection.
Great day to shop nobody about. Staff were very friendly and turned me round in 15 minutes.
Very grateful as was down from Scotland for a few days, but being able to get the goods on the 1st allowed me to setup the product for my sister-in-law.

The help I received from your store was excellent , I was served by SAM , who after listening to what I was trying to achieve with my old
Technics audio system and add a Bluetooth device to it to enable me to listen to my music through Bluetooth headphones , instead of being tethered to the system with my wired headphones. He found the device I needed ordered it for me, due to it not being in stock.
Ordered on Wednesday 18/12/19 received Friday 20/12/19
Installed device and it works brilliantly.
Item purchased MEE audio universal dual Bluetooth wireless audio transmitter for headphones and speakers.

First class service and value for money product.Staff member wrapped turntable for me with a strong taped handle when i told him on was on the train.(Didn't mean wrap as in singing)!
