All delivered free of charge even my parking charges were reimbursed
All set up and sounds incredible
Great service with follow up calls to check on delivery and if everything is ok!!!!

Whenever we are thinking of buying audio equipment or a telly, we always look at Richer Sounds first. We've bought numerous items from the Birmingham store over a good few years now. The prices are competitive, customer service has always been very good and the staff are knowledgable, always ready to demo an item if at all possible. There's no heavy sales pressure. Highly recommended.

Staff were great from the point of arrival till departure. I had proper advise on different choice available to me and also had a listen in their show room.
One that blew me away was a staff even helped me with some of the speaker units to where i parked which was like 10 mins away from store. Also a very good after sales service over the phone. If i could give more than 5 start I honestly will do. Thanks all @ Richer Sounds Birmingham

I would like to say how good Richer Sounds were from ordering my product to collection. They told me where to park because I didn’t know the area , I also told them I was disabled & use crutches so they even arranged for me to collect my product before the shop opened. The guy I met was Bernie he was fantastic & even carried my product to my vehicle for me. This was my first time buying from Richer sounds & I will be going there again for other products. Well done to Richer Sounds.

I can't recommend this place highly enough. I scoured the country for a JBL speaker for my son, Sam in the Birmingham store helped me out no end, found and reserved the last one for me 2 days before Christmas, told me all about the product and gave me a good deal. I will definitely support this company in future, I normally buy from large department stores but the service here is better. Thanks again for helping me out x

Fantastic service from the 'Richer Sounds' staff in Birmingham, in particular, Stephen and Bernie. I called earlier in the day and from the outset, I was afforded a warm and genuine welcome which made the process of finding the most suitable TV for my family's requirements that much easier.

Bernie went to great lengths to display the unique selling points of each of the pertinent TVs and was patient, approachable and professional throughout.

He even offered to help us transport the TV to our car, which would have been difficult to do on my own and generously paid for our parking.

The TV was simple to set up and the Staff provided us with further peace of mind, by reassuring us that we could call him if we needed any further assistance.

This was an enjoyable shopping experience and with a 6-year warranty, I'm happy to extol the many virtues of the staff and endorse 'Richer Sounds' wholeheartedly.

A very helpful person gave excellent advice but without any pressure to 'buy in haste'. I am delighted with my CD player and have no hesitation in recommending the Birmingham branch.

Oh yes, they had the item I wanted in stock at a very good price and with an extended guarantee thrown in. Brilliant.

Took my television back today which had a manufacture fault. Was warmly welcomed by Clifff the manager at the store and his team. Got the tv exchanged with out any hassle and delay and was offered a new tv at the store. Cliff also went the extra mile by offering me a refund on my car park money and also offered me 4K hdmi cable at a discounted price, as a form of good will for the hassle of having to take the tele back to the shop. Definateley would recommend richer sounds for purchasing a new tele not only because they are the cheapest on the market but for excellent customer service not only face to face but also which I received over the phone before going to the store.
