A model experience.
Very efficient service generally from the business backed up by excellent specific customer service from our sales contact(Elliott). The whole process went very smoothly and all our questions were answered without any problems. Vehicle preparation was good and, being a used vehicle, any blemishes were rigorously notified to us prior to accepting it. A specific issue arose during negotiations but this was resolved, in our favour, by the company, without question. The very definition of good service. Thanks. Jill and Kevin.

Turning up early at a show room on a cold and wet January Saturday, Abi was a ray of sunshine who truly took the time to understand our needs and to find us a car to meet these. Good presale service from Elliott. Friendly without being pushy.
I was however, very disappointed when I went to collect the car. There were a number of scratches that had been pointed out to them & I was assured would be sorted before I collected it. They weren't.
I almost walked away without the car, but Sam who was doing the handover, was great & the car is booked in to have the work done. Satisfactory outcome.
