So I was helped by Elliott Falkner when I was looking to upgrade my Hyundai i10. He went through all the options, including costs, and payment options. Knows his stuff !!

Back to Mr Elliott Falkner ! Very Professional, and got the knowledge. Very easy to talk to, and excellent customer facing.

Arrived at the Guildford branch unsure about exactly what we wanted and unsure about EV cars. Elliot introduced himself and from day one i felt reasured that i was in safe hands. Elliot was proffestional, polite, friendly and approachable . He was also very knowledgeable , and no question was too difficult to ask. We were carefully guided through all the options for the spec and price range we were looking at. Having never driven an automatic before, or EV car, Elliot was very flexible with his time and offered us plenty of time to test drive on 3 occations . There was no pushy sales work, and i think the company are aware there really is no need, when confident in their product.
The entire process from day one of walking into the sales room , to taking my EV car home , was completly smooth . All staff members were polite and made sure we were always taken care of. Thanks Elliot for a great experience , and for everything you did in the process of buying our car.

Welcomed by Elliott on arrival, was courteous and hospitable while offering us a drink late on a Sunday afternoon and assisted us in our search for a car which fit our spec, price point and requirements. He trusted us on a test drive and carefully took us around our options, prices and availability. All in all, a great experience with a dealer who still understands what customer attention means! Great service. Very professional but also very persable. Good knowledge of car and very helpful in wanting to do the job correctly e.g. wanted to valet car first as i viewed the car at short notice and it wasn't ready to be putchased that day. Filled the car with petrol and even included matts. Also great in giving instructions and explanations to steps i needed to take with insurance and registering the car for tax. with other forms needing signing etc. Before driving the car home. Thank you Adrian and I'm extremely pleased with my new (ish) Hyundai car and the service and help received from the garage! :-)

Amazing experience Nic was great

Purchased an approved Kona Hybrid from here. Very happy with the Kona. Had a few issues but managed to get them resolved.

We eventually chose another brand, but our experience at Hyundai Guildford was top class from entering the modern showroom right through to the test drive and follow up.
