Five stars all round
My experience from arranging to test drive a couple of cars and to driving away my brand new car was a very pleasant one. Marius at Guildford was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is very knowledgeable and provided a lot of good advice and worked with me to get to a finance option that met my needs. It was refreshing not to be "sold" to by the usual pushy salesmen but instead his calm and friendly nature made me feel like it was my choice rather than a forced one. Marius called 3 weeks early to say the car had arrived and took his time to ensure I was sent all of the paperwork to review before coming in to collect. Upon collection he made sure to go through every detail with me and helped me to set up and run through my new EV car as I hadn't owned one before. He was also conscientious of my time given I popped down to collect during my lunch break. So far I have loved everything about my new car and the MG Group experience and I would highly recommend Guildford and Marius. Thank you Marius once again and I look forward to doing business with you again one day in the future :)

Absolutely terrible service once they…
Absolutely terrible service once they have your money. The new vehicle developed a fault that they seemed unable to fix, this went on for almost a year with it repeatedly going back in. They never responded to calls or emails, I eventually had to return the vehicle.
Their customer service was absolutely terrible and incredibly frustrating. Vey poor on all levels, it felt like the car sales industy in the bad days. I certainly would never use them again.

This is my third MG from Richmond MG and my second HS, and the experience keeps getting better!

A positive experience
I recently had a test drive of the MG S5, and was served by Marius at the Richmond Guildford branch. Marius accommodated the test drive at a relatively short notice, went through a few finance options and followed up with me. Overall, I was happy with the experience.

Top Service
From the moment I went to the Richmond Motor Group in Guildford they were nothing but professional.
I couldn’t have asked for more. Nothing was to much trouble.
For me the biggest plus point was the main person I dealt with Marius Mockus. He was able to answer all my questions show me a number of ways for financing to car to best suit my budgets. He didn’t once try and push a sale on me but just wanted me to be aware of all the different options I had.
Except for the fact that I love the car he was a big part of my decision to buy .
I 100% recommend Richmond Motor Group and Marius to anyone looking to buy a new or approved second hand car.

Excellent purchase experience - thank you Marius!
Marius Mockus was our salesman and did a fantastic job of taking us through all of the vehicles that matched our search criteria. He was friendly, approachable, very knowledgeable, and importantly, he let us take our time to come to a decision. There was no sales pressure and the whole experience of buying the car was excellent. The car itself has been great, zero issues so far.
