The team at HCS really made me feel valued and worked hard with me to find the right car. It took several visits before I found the right one, with several test drives but every time I was welcomed and with no hard sell whatsoever. The completion of sale was dealt with quickly once the necessary paperwork was completed. This was not my 1st purchase from HCS and it won't be my last.

We were told about HCS from a friend and we would definitely recommend them to others. We were met by Brad who passed us over to Nev and we were truly thrilled with the service we received. Nev was so thorough with what it was we were looking for and made sure we were happy the entire time. I went in thinking I wouldn't find what I wanted but left very positive and ended up getting a car that suits me and my new baby. Good friendly dealership with well priced stock.If I had to find a fault it would be on their efforts to sell add on products rather than concentrating on the sale of the vehicle.Would definitely consider buying from then again!

I knew the car I wanted and saw it in an advert so the process was fairly textbook. I was disappointed not to be able to test drive the car there and then but it was explained to me very clearly how you work. The advert did say that the car had already been through the? Point testing etc. But it hadn't. That might be a point to look at in the future. The car was ready to be test driven in seven days and I was pleased to see it ready and waiting for me at my pre booked appt. Nev was very patient and explained everything very well. He checked paperwork with his supervisor to make sure all was correct. I was not put under pressure at all and was very happy to proceed with buying car. To date, (a week later) I remain happy with the car bought.

The customer service from Jay was great. He made the process of buying my first car easy and comfortable. He explained everything clearly and didn’t pressure me into buying any of the additional products. Overall the atmosphere was relaxed and I would definitely recommend Richmond Motor Group

My 17 year old lad had a very specific vehicle he was looking for which came up for sale at Hampshire car sales (around 1.5 hours from home).

Nev has been amazing from start to finish. It didn’t feel like he was a salesman, he was our friend wanting Joe to get an awesome first car and this is what he has got.

Nev helped with the practical things I (mum) needed answers to and understood the ‘wants’ of a young person. The personal video Nev did for us had everything Joe wanted focussing on - the wheel trims and the look of the interior!

We travelled for a test drive and the heavens opened when we got there, Nev escorted us to the car with an umbrella and suggested a route for us.

Purchase made.

Nev arranged for delivery that suited us and worked around our other commitments over the next couple of days.

We have received a shiny car that we are all super pleased with.

Speaking to Nev about young persons car insurance he has shared information from his own family about possible companies to use (above and beyond what we could ever have expected from a salesman).
