Looking for a car is hard, I went in and was seen by The lovely lady Sarah. She was straight away very nice to speak too. She made everything easy to understand and made it like i was talking to a friend. In my opinion that made it alot less daunting. Bought the car i loved and she even called a week later to check everything was fine. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Exceptional customer service experience from the very first telephone enquiry to pickup yesterday 14th June 2022. Sarah in sales had a hypnotic effect on us,maybe its because she's Scottish, Iye! The experience of purchasing a car is generally overwhelming for most customers, if I'm being totally honest, and even though I have not bought
a car for over 16 years I was dreading the thought in doing so in some ways.
However I was pleasantly surprised of the level of knowledge and service received by the sales assistant, Sarah McCarthy from the beginning to the end of the whole process, she answered all my questions and I was put at ease. Sarah should be recognised for this service she had provided.

I went in to see about having my car valued and walked out having bought a beautiful second-hand car with just over 17000 on the clock. Sarah was amazing and asked me exactly what specs I was looking for and she matched me perfectly to the car. She listened and was informative and allowed me to browse the showroom and ask questions.

Returned from Spain to UK and had to arrange a car swap (LHD to RHD) before onward journey up to Scotland. Hampshire Car Sales team were very helpful and efficient with all of the necessary paperwork being fully explained to me prior to completion.
