Great service. Thorough information given. Friendly and not pushy. Mentioned their extras but didn't force it upon me. Car as they described. Front of house lady, Sarah i think, was brilliant throughout. Didn't budge on price. Not even a penny! But I'd be happy to use them again...

Non existent after sales service
We bought a car from this dealer last year. They were friendly enough while we were buying, but their after sales service leaves much to be desired. From receiving reminders about tax expiring on our old car which we used as part exchange to missing out on a road tax refund from the DVLA just because this dealer was too lazy to organise the paperwork, I'd give them a wide berth or at least contact the DVLA yourself to make sure they have the updated information rather than wait for any action from this dealer!
