Very positive customer experience
Staff very friendly, pleasant and good communication throughout the used car buying process. My only knock would be the explanation of the breakdown of deposit amounts and payments (exactly when they'd be taken etc) wasn't the clearest thing in the world, but that's complex financial agreements for you. All in all, a very positive experience there - personally I dealt with Richard and Shelton and don't have a single bad word to say about them, very pleasant staff.

Face to face was very good
Face to face was very good. However, the car date to pick up was delayed and communication wasn’t a positive experience creating mistrust. When I picked the car up every effort was made to make me feel valued as a customer.

From start to finish from test driving a couple cars and then saying what I wanted , they not only got the right car for me the staff were second to none and would 100% use them in the future if I wanted to buy another car ..

Great from start to finish
Excellent service from the staff as always. There were a few issues with the electronic documents but these we4 quickly remedied. Also due to work my commitments, collection was difficult, however David was able to complete the handover at my workplace.

Helpful service
Visited to look at a used vehicle and sales executive Ben was knowledgeable about the car and helpful in my search for a replacement vehicle. As well as letting us check all areas and taking a test drive the following day, he answered our questions and helped us reach our decision. Show room was clean and well presented with plenty of seating space. Ben was also exceptionally helpful with organising the delivery of the vehicle swiftly and talking through all I needed to know, despite it getting dark and late after work.

On the day of collection at Skoda Botley staff absence meant the handover of our Karoq was conducted by David at short notice. Despite various issues David did an excellent job, showing us the vehicle, and explained the various controls and settings. Thank you David for your excellent service.
