We called into Richmond at Botley on our way home on 27 October as the module had disconnected for the radio. The car was taken to the workshop where the module was reset. Hopefully it won't happen again but if it does we will need to book it in next time. Very impressed with the service we received.

From the minute I walked into the Showroom everyone was very welcoming and helpful. I enquired about the vehicle I was interested in, my car was appraised and a deal was discussed and agreed. When I collected the Car it was at the time arranged and all the paperwork was ready.
I must give special thanks to Caoicha Churchman who was my
main contact at the Dealership, I received a follow up phone call from her to make sure I was happy with the car.
I would certainly recommend the Dealership to friends and family.

Came across an advert for my car and hence the Botley dealership online and they appeared to offer just what I wanted in product and recommendations of service..hence I travelled from Reading to view the car at the end of March ...seen by Geoff who was easygoing yet informative and very patient with my decision making process which was a bit laboured after a bad experience at another dealership the previous week ..(note to self ...avoid 'car 'supermarkets' in future!)
Collected my new mini Cooper S on 1st April and again met with friendly efficient service from all staff ...the car had had a few minor paint chips repaired and it appeared 'as new'
Would highly recommend the team at Botley and would like to thank them for a great exerience..feel my purchase has been great value for money too!

I purchased a Suzuki Swift (Black) car at Botley. The Sales guy called Joe Tudor was a charming and a pleasant sales person, who was knowledgeable regarding the car I was purchasing.
I felt the whole experience was enjoyable and would recommend Richmond Botley to my friends and family.
During the handover, as we were waiting for the car to be filled with petrol, Joe entertained us with a magic trick.

Good deal in the end, but marred by poor admin. The car I initially ordered, paid a deposit on and was due to pick up was sold to someone else. However, I was given a good deal on another car, which I've been pleased with. But there is still admin outstanding to get the warranty that was agreed to be finalised
