I bought a little yellow Suzuki Swift from the Botley Dealership and could not recommend them highly enough. Sadie, Jeff and Kevin were all absolutely fantastic, they put me a ease through the whole process of buying a car (which I’ve never done before) they explained everything so clearly and really made me feel like a valued customer. I wouldn’t want to buy a car from anywhere else!! Thank you all for being so amazing!

Overall had a really good service from these guys and I am very happy with my purchase. Slight snag is that the car was advertised on Autotrader with a promotion of coming with a full tank of petrol which when I asked for it did not materialise and I was told that it didn't apply to me for whatever season. Bit annoying really. But staff were lovely and professional otherwise.

I travelled all the way from Leeds, to pick up my dream car from Suzuki at Botley. The delightful Sadie had already sent me a video of it, and I was assured it would be cleaned and ready for me on the day. Upon arrival, both Kevin and Sadie were very helpful, and the car was in pristine condition ( except for a few age related issues which couldn't have been helped ). Sadie advised I took the car for a test drive, which I did, and I was happy to find the car drove as well as my older version, which I part exchanged ( for same amount that I had been offered elsewhere ).
Overall, I am very happy with both the car, and the high level of customer service. I was made to feel like a valued customer, and I have peace of mind with their 6 month warranty and RAC cover.

Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Car was immaculate and we are very happy with it. The sales pitch, to sell us extras, seemed lengthy, but that may be because we find that part of the transaction rather awkward. Otherwise, we were very happy with the whole process and would recommend Richmond to friends.

They were not at all pushy in their approach and were understanding to any budget restrictions etc. would highly recommend them as a dealership for anyone who is looking to buy a car! I was recently forced into buying a new car after mine was written off in an accident. After finding what I wanted on Autotrader, I contacted Richmond and dealt with Kyle and Jeff.
Nothing was too much trouble for them, they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the car and corrected any niggles I had with it.
I was travelling from South Wales to collect the car and Kyle came in on his day off to make sure everything went smoothly. He was fantastic with my kids as well.
I've come away feeling like a valued customer and am ecstatic with my new car.

Excellent service, everyone I spoke to was very helpful and polite. Very informative, with a good knowledge of the vehicle I purchased. Even though they are quite a distance from my home I would purchase from them again.
