We bought our new Suzuki Vitarra from Newmans at Totton. This replaced our previous Suzuki, also bought from Newman’s in 2023.
Sam Beevers helped us throughout the process. Each and all of our questions were answered completely at every stage. Sam was supported by Del Bhatti on specific points.
Truly first class guidance and support, throughout. We will be delighted to return for our next car in four years time

Excellent service
After seeing that I could now have all work on my mg carried out at Richmond motors Totton instead of going all the way from Lymington to Botley I changed my service and other problems I had to them in December
I dealt with Louie Cecil who was excellent.I found him to be friendly, professional and accessible and in my honest opinion went the extra mile
Louie is certainly a great asset to Richmond Motors and have no hesitation in recommending both Louie and Richmond Motors Totton

Questionable MOT fail
We needed an MOT in a rush so took our Nissan here rather than our usual garage (also part of Richmond Group) and were told it had failed and would cost over £650 to repair.
I was surprised as there had been no advisories previously and so waited the two weeks I needed so that I could take the car to our usual garage. At our usual garage the car passed first time.

Amazing experience
What an amazing experience I had when I met Jagdeep Bhakar, Sales executive at Suzuki Richmond in Totton.
From the initial hello to being waved off in my new two year old Suzuki Swift, Jag made me welcome, comfortable and that no question was stupid!
He laughed at my terrible jokes but still remained focussed and professional. Thank you to Jag, Del and all the team.

My first Susuki from Totton!
I got my first Susuki from Jag today! My Mum has got her last 4 cars from Susuki Totton so I decided to follow suit. From start to finish, Jag has been professional, polite and helpful. From my initial interest, to my test drive, to the collection today, he has looked after me from start to finish! First time getting a car
First time getting a car, wasn’t really sure what questions to ask, how the process worked or anything inbetween
Honestly, Ricky was amazing throughout the whole process. Ensured I knew what was being explained, all my different options, had so much patience when I didn’t know or understand certain things, cracked a couple jokes and remained so professional throughout the process.
Couldn’t put one fault to him - really went the extra mile for us.
