STOP THE UPSELLING 😡
I have a corporate 36 mo. lease with prepaid maintenance included. EVERY time I go to get maintenance done, the Service Reps try to UPSELL me additional OPTIONAL service outside of the included required recommended maintenance. EVERY TIME. No I don’t need tires REBALANCED, only when replacing NEW TIRES. Same goes for ALIGNMENTS, CABIN AIR FILTER, etc...

My battery died & would not hold a charge. AAA jumped it to get my car started & I called Rick Case Honda to be sure they were open & went right over. My battery was still under warranty (I wasn't sure) & they replaced it for me.
