Melvin is the Best

Best customer service ever

Best customer service ever. Malik Saleh, Shaher Hussein, and Roger Maitland were awesome at ensuring that my car was ready for me within a reasonable time. I got the perfect deal on pricing and payments. With everything going on with COVID-19 is was great to be in and out with a great deal.

STOP THE UPSELLING 😡

I have a corporate 36 mo. lease with prepaid maintenance included. EVERY time I go to get maintenance done, the Service Reps try to UPSELL me additional OPTIONAL service outside of the included required recommended maintenance. EVERY TIME. No I don’t need tires REBALANCED, only when replacing NEW TIRES. Same goes for ALIGNMENTS, CABIN AIR FILTER, etc...

My battery died & would not hold a…

My battery died & would not hold a charge. AAA jumped it to get my car started & I called Rick Case Honda to be sure they were open & went right over. My battery was still under warranty (I wasn't sure) & they replaced it for me.
