Great Experience

The moment we got to the dealership we got a friendly greeting. Greg our sales guy was very friendly, not pushy which I appreciated and he took his time to explain things. I feel like we walked away with a decent deal, We would go back another time, the overall experience was pleasant.

I went for an oil change and end up…

I went for an oil change and end up getting an alignment too. I was excepting it to cost more but not as much as it was. Thankfully my associate was able to help me decide what was needed and what the best package deal to get my cars need fixed. Needless to say I was super happy with my service and would definitely go back

Very Happy

The salesmen and finance department…

The salesmen and finance department were very patient, knowledgeable and friendly and that made the difference. Thanks to Camilo Cortès I picked the right car for my needs, thanks to Rafael Dávila I got a good negotiation with the price and thanks to Mario Fernández for explaining all the available additional packages to complement my purchase. Definitely the place to purchase your vehicle.

Today I was helped by Shaher and…

Today I was helped by Shaher and Frankie who both made my car shopping experience the best. From the moment I arrived at the dealership they were both ready to help me. They made my car shopping and financing painless and easy. I would definitely recommend them. I left very happy with my car and the financing part too. As I waited everyone else in the dealer were very kind and made us feel welcome. The finance person was also very helpful.

Always about the money

I came in with the attempt to ease my life due to COVID and the impact it has had on me and my family. They really didn't work with me but because of my situation, my hands felt tied. I was over charged for a vehicle and then after a bunch of additional hidden fees, not explained to me, I noticed I have an additional $10,000 on top of the car sticker price itself. Not to mention, the $3,000 that I was required to put down didn't put a dent in it - so what, I guess the price was $36,000?! They could have at least accepted the $1,000 voucher I had received toward the vehicle, but apparently it didn't apply to this purchase.

I'm appauled. I was treated horribly the one time I came through this exact location between 10 & 15 years ago and vowed never to give my business here. I only came here because I was recommended and I was in the market for a Honda. I'm now $100 higher each month - how is this helping me?! I explained my situation and the purpose for my visit. Silly me for thinking they would sympathize with me and actually help me.
