Great Customer Service
I had an overall good experience with Riddle's Jewelry. After an issue in the processing of my (online) order, I finally contacted a company representative who quickly and apologetically resolved the problem and even included a hand-written note in my package. Due to the initial issue, I'm leaving a 4-star review, but I want to note that I was very pleased with the speed that it was resolved and will return to Riddle's in the future.

fantastic organization
i've used Riddles as my jeweler for 20+ years and I have always been satisfied with both the products and the great service i have recieved during and after the sale. The internet sales dept is as good or better. Josh has gone out of his way for me several times to make sure all is good. Take good care of that guy and make sure he stays around. The only negative thing is that the website could use a little tweeking but that would be the only thing.
