Excellent Service ,Excellent price

I was kept informed by Andy when my ride had left to collect me and when it arrived at my hotel. The driver Victor was there before time and was an excellent driver, lovely well looked after Škoda. First time that I have used Ride Andy and will certainly use this company again.

Excellent Service

My driver on January 1, Andres was on time, courteous, offered me water, helped with my luggage and offered many good tips on the area.

Excellent airport transfer - Reus to Barcelona.

Got confirmation of the drivers details the night before and a message from the driver (Li) to say he was there and waiting for the arrival of our flight.
Lovely vehicle and friendly driver who completed the journey safely and efficiently.
Would definitely recommend these guys and will certainly use them again in the future. Thanks.

It was as a regular taxi - not child seats

It was as a regular taxi, not a private van. The driver did not bring the child seats (which were paid) and mentioned that a friend passed this trip to him and did not mention about the seats and taxis normally don't carry those. Very disappointed with this, since it is a safety concern.

We would like to clarify that this type of journey is not normally managed by our company. However, as you were already a client, we made an exception and took the initiative to find a solution for you by arranging the trip through a third party.

That said, the requirement for child seats was clearly specified and paid for, and this condition was unfortunately not respected. We fully understand your disappointment, especially as this is a serious safety concern, and we sincerely apologize for this failure.
