We knew who our driver was and he was in contact with before pick up. He told us exactly what to do, which made the journey that much more relaxing. The driver was safe and very polite.
The private transport is expensive (expected), but we thought we’d at least have had water available, or have a designated stop on route, so we could have got basic provisions. Others we have used have always provided drinks and snacks. Just an observation.

Other than that I’d highly recommend the company to anyone.

Our driver, Juan, had a super clean car and we enjoyed our transfer from Tarragona to Viladecans with him. This was our second time booking with Andy and we will use their services next winter again.

I don't have enough words to thank driver Victor for his courtesy and professionalism. Our luggage was only released 2 hours after landing and he didn't give up on us (he could have). He chose to wait. I thank the ANDY team for sending us such a competent and professional driver. I have no doubt in recommending Andy to anyone looking for safe service in Spain. Our trip was from Barcelona to Zaragoza. Thank you again.

Everything was amazing from start to finish.
The booking was easy and very clear to understand,we had regular messages to confirm what was happening,when our driver was on the way.

We travelled from Girona to the cruise port in Barcelona. Our driver picked us up on time, drove safely and dropped us off at the ship.

I’m not really clear on the communication side of things. I was contacted on wattsapp the day before travel asking if I could bring the time forward and it seemed to be a different company but they were able to confirm the vehicle details that were booked. The driver who met me this morning was not the one on the confirmation and the vehicle was different which lead to some anxiety as to whether the driver was legitimately a taxi but I did clarify beforehand the trip was already paid for and he had my name and destination and with a flight to catch with two children with me I didn’t have much choice but to take the taxi. The driver was polite and got us to the destination fine it was just unnerving that the confirmation wasn’t for that driver and vehicle

My driver was absolutely lovely! He was kind, helpful, and shared a lot of useful information about the region. His car was also super clean and I felt safe and well taken care of. I booked this transfer last minute and had never used Andy before, but I am impressed and satisfied with the service provided. Will definitely book a transfer again!
